I have been getting my hair cut here since this location opened. I also go in between cuts for maintenance of my bangs. Good haircuts, fair price. I will continue getting my hair cut here for now.

Called and made an appointment on short notice. They were very accomodating. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and timely. My simple men's cut was cheap and quick and exactly what I wanted (I showed them a picture of what I had in mind beforehand). They even offered me coffee when I came in! Would definitely go back. Other reviews on here seem kinda harsh.

Worst customer service. Absolutely no help with products when asked. And I was the only one in the store. Oct.25th at 3:30pm.

For $200 I got colour and not quite half a head of foils, toner and a treatment that didn't help my hair at all. No cut, or it would have been $250. My hair is only shoulder length. I still have a clearly visible root line all around my head even though the sole reason I made the appointment was to match my roots to my existing colour so I wouldn't have 2 inches of dark brown against honey blonde colour. When I booked online I was quoted $146 with taxes for just the colour+foils for medium hair. I figured with toner I'd be about $160. My stylist was a nice woman, but I've had miles better experience for a lot less money at other salons. I'm happy to pay $200+ for great colour and cut, but that's not what I got here. I should have said something at my apppontment but I couldn't tell that I still had this dark root line until she started blow drying and at that point I'd been there 3 hours and just wanted to go. Inflated prices for junior stylists = I won't be back. I never leave bad reviews for businesses, working in customer service myself I know how damaging they can be, but I left feeling like I got taken.

Useless - Was booked in for a hair cut and blowave at 2pm, drove all the way there for the girl at the front desk to say oh i just called you (1.50pm), we are running behind can u come back at 3.15 or 4pm! Seriously u could have called me atleast an hour ago so i didnt leave the house! I will never come back to this place or buy anymore hair care from there ! Learn some better customer service and give people more than 10 min notice that u are running an hour and a half late!!!
