Knights Inn Romulus Detroit Metropolitan Airport

I find it not the cleanest place in the whole wide world but the beds were clean the room wasn't too bad and the prices are good. I did clean off the remote and the floor in the bathroom was really soapy so I rinse that myself with a cloth. I did find also that the sheets Were bleached. My skin was very much affected so I brought my sheets the next time. The price is what brings us back but when I can afford more I will definitely go somewhere nicer

Only one set of towels in room for 2 confirmed people, called earlier in day to confirm late arrival and king sized room. Not informed at desk of change to 2 double beds. Had to return to desk to question room change and again for extra towels. Front desk staff apologized for change, but said all king rooms already taken so we had to make due with double bed..even though receipt clearly says king bed room. Quality of hotel furnishings lacking..stained carpet throughout, small breakfast room with room for 10 people to sit..cramped area to get food.

My boyfriend n I got the Jacuzzi room here and it was great. Very big room clean n the Jacuzzi was great...The front desk was great. We originally talked to Jennifer and she was wonderful

I was EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated. I would give this hotel less than one Star if possible. Staff when I arrived was incredibly rude to both me and the person he had been helping before I walked in basically saying the man couldn’t do things right and it was his fault the call he was trying to make didn’t go through even though the staff member clearly pressed a wrong button. Then when he spoke to me he was rude, inconsiderate of the fact I have an infant and seemed as though he didn’t know what he was talking about. When I called and booked my room I was told something entirely different from what he told me. Now the room. The “Queen bed” is two DIFFERENT HEIGHT extremely firm to the point it’s painful twin mattresses pushed together. Half of the outlets don’t work. There is a bad odor and the walls are paper thin. So after paying WAY overprice for what this horrid hotel room is worth I’m getting no sleep before my flight in the morning and I will again have to lug a car seat, pack and play and bag three floors and all the way down the hall, squeeze through a door nothing fits through and I will never recommend or return to this disaster. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

It was a good experience but I think the could clean it a little better I was there with my girlfriend and my 2 kids and while there we found pills on the floor of our room other then that it was perfect
