I have been getting my insurance through Knight Archer Insurance for years, and yesterday I went to Knight Archer Insurance for a very simple thing - I simply wanted to set up direct deposit for my home insurance payments, and unfortunately I encountered the most incompetent woman. First of all, she spoke such bad English that I literally had to ask her to repeat herself 3-4 times on every single thing she said. I don't mind repeating myself twice at times if someone's native language is not English, but this was unbelievable. She was extremely confused at this very simple request and had no idea how to set up direct deposit payments, even though I explained numerous times and had a void cheque ready. She also randomly started talking about vehicle insurance, which had nothing to do with what I was asking. Finally, after 45 minutes (literally no exaggeration as I came in at 6:00 p.m. and left at almost 7:00 p.m.) , she had to get an insurance broker help me - it only took him about three minutes to set up this simple request. This woman single-handedly wasted not only my time, but my entire evening plans. It's extremely rare that I write negative reviews on any business, but this was such an exceptionally frustrating experience coupled with poor customer service that I had to. I will also be contacting the manager of that location to let them know of this worker's incompetency.
