Affinity Insurance

The Branch Manager, Carolyn, was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She made sure we would be getting the best coverage for our needs and I feel confident her advice was balanced, impartial and in our best interests. Although I don't need additional coverage currently and most of my other policies are at other brokers at the moment, Carolyn's forthright attention today would recommend her agency to us if/when we might need further coverage.

I went in and had to sit for 30 minutes as the lady behind the counter aka Rizwana would not even look at me, or answer the phone. Finally someone else came and helped me, much better service, would definitely would fire Rizwana but other then that great service would go back and would recommend to a freind.
