CAA Saskatchewan

This place is horrible. I would rate CAA with zero stars if I could. I wasted $200 when I didn't need to and when I went in to ask if I could return my card as I wouldn't be using it and felt like I was lied to...the women in the office could have cared less. She sat their with a smug look on her face and said nope and continued to chew her gum. I called and visited multiple locations and I was treated the same. This is unfortunate that I was sucked into spending money because I was given false information about the services that they could provide. I was lied to, treated with the most horrible customer service I'd ever received. The women in the office and through call services were apathetic. They really made it seem like they were just after my money.

This place has the slowest and worst customer care service. It’s so bad. We had to wait with another elderly couple for 20mins before we could be served and no one apologized for her delay

Worst insurance experience I've ever had! The lady's working were rude, don't know how to do there jobs and were insulting! Worst insurance dealer in Regina. I am shocked how they treat people. Unbelievable!

After having gotten a phone call from CAA to inform me to come in and get a form filled out so that I may get reimbursement on having have my key cut and programmed, then when it happened again I decided to call this particular store and neither the lady I talked to you or her manager you about it, I would suggest you know your product very well before you decide to sell it
