Great customer service. Responded to my email on a timely manner. Very good attitude and very professional. I decided to return what I bought cause I did not need it anymore and they where fast and returned the money within a couple of hours. Thank you Kara for all the help and support.

Staff is always nice. Its a good place to find specialty tools for a decent price. They also have better quality tools here then some places.

Don’t bother ordering truck parts from this place. You’ll NEVER get them. Going on 5 months for one measly part. They’ll say “it’s Covid” but that’s bs. I waited 4 months for a brake conversion kit back in 2019. Awful to deal with and never respond to emails or phone calls. Spend your money elsewhere

Well I bought a tool from KMS and used it a couple times was not completely satisfied with my purchase and went to return the item they took it back no problems at all the staff were friendly and amazing to deal with I buy lots of my tools here as they are always very well priced and huge selection of all major brands I will be back

I handed Gerry a list at customer service and was out the door quick. Warehouse staff and cashiers are great people as well. Way better selection and stock than any other place I have visited in Edmonton.
