I went there to get tools for myself, and I had a great experience. The employees were super kind and helpful when I needed help and they knew exactly where everything was. The store looked good and was cleaned properly, I was impressed. Even the bathroom was earned good. I would recommend going here for tools, and maybe a friend.

Nice Home Depot. The store is well lit and clean. It’s a typical store.  It’s easily accessible and lots of parking.  It’s a store providing all aspects of home improvement, appliances, tools and much more.  The staff is friendly and courteous. There is washroom facilities.  I was able to find what I needed and going through the checkout was easy.

Ordered an in stock item, website said 5 in stock, paid online, received confirmation, waited for my email saying order was ready. Email did not come, went to the store, Dean said "sorry, couldn't find the carpet"!?!? I understand physical stock and what the computer reads don't align at times but don't waste my time, communicate that, now I wait for a refund that may or may not come, I'm told in a few days? I've heard that lin/lie before!!

Don't have any questions  when going to this place. Staff  doesn't  know we're there stock is in the store. No customers  skills at all will avoid this place Ike the plague. The special  Olympians  could give better service than these circus clowns

Just popped in to look around at some gazebos and was immediately greeted by Marilyn.  Very helpful and cheerful. Thanks for making my shopping experience a good one.

I love this home depot Staff are always very helpful and most of the time i find what I need . Rene an older gentleman at the paint department is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I'm a painting contractor an this is my go to Paint store  5 stars

Great customer service!  We bought some kitchen cabinets, Kristine from the Design Dept stayed back to accommodate us and Diwakar helped us load the cabinets. Happy customer here.

Gentleman in the seasonal section today was incredibly helpful. He grabbed me a cart and the item I was looking for, definitely saved me a lot of stress! Thank you!

Had to pick up t8 lights for my company.  Home depot self check out machine crashed / died on the transaction process and they had no record that my money was received by them. My bank confirmed they got it. HD says they didn't. They made me REPAY the amount even after showing proof it went through on my TD bank APP.  Was told by the warehouse manager to wait 2 weeks and come back if I received no refund. I waited 45 days and still nothing. Went back in and they finally refunded me.  Be cautious with the self check outs. I was told it happens regularly.

One of the larger Home Depots with lots of stuff. Staff are usually friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would be nice if all departments were staffed all the time. I've been going here for years and don't have any major complaints.
