Scott definitely needs a raise. Best customer service and very easy to talk to. He helped me get some product for the company I work for and when I told my boss about him he said that he has had many pleasant experiences with Scott as well. Very level headed when dealing with customers that don’t know what they’re talking about myself. He knows the products very well and is very fast when getting orders done. Shows his personality when dealing with customers which is hard to find these days. Usually it’s just the blank stare and typically ‘I deal with customers all day’ monotone but with Scott it felt like dealing with a real person and not a robot.

Experts in a niche product. Couldn't find a solution, called and the sales rep assured me they would be able to fulfill. They meet it and provide before the ETA timeframe.

I work way over in Acheson, there are other places closer I can get nuts and bolts from. I drive across town for Edmonton Nut and Bolt because unlike other places they always have what I need. That is big. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the effort they are making to keep their staff safe and me the consumer safe with covid-19 precautions.

Friendly staff and they almost always have what you need in stock. If not, they can get it quickly. A good place for imperial, metric not so much.

Excellent Service!! My first time here. As I only needed one bolt that I was told I would be able to find here and sure enough they had it and moreover didn't even charge me for it as I only needed one piece. Browsed around their store and will definitely be going back when I need something that they carry.

These guys are the mavens of screws and bolts. If you need a very specific part, they just have it. And fast. And cheap. Mind blown.

If you need a bolt, this is your best bet. Friendly staff. Minimum order of 10$ last time I went, but if the bolts are less just buy a knife or light or aerosol. Keep in mind they stay open by selling boxes, not counter service, so be polite.
