Klub 20 West Island Gym

Klub 20 West Island Gym is hands down the best fitness facility I’ve experienced! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome and supported. The gym is spotless, with top-notch equipment that suits every fitness level. The 24-hour access is a huge plus, giving me the flexibility to fit in early morning workouts before work. Their variety of classes and expert instructors keep me motivated and excited to stay on track with my fitness goals. I couldn’t recommend this gym more for anyone looking for an inclusive, clean, and well-equipped space to work out!

My husband and I joined the gym last year. We love the variety and quality of the equipment, cleanliness and classes offered. However, customer service has become an issue. The front desk is fabulous but the management staff are just not responding to our request. We have contacted them three times via email and also phoned. Our company has a program to reimburse us what has been paid for gym memberships. Unfortunately, Klub 20 does not issue regular monthly receipts. All you can receive is your regular visa statement. Most companies that have health and wellness programs that reimburse you for gym memberships need a regular monthly or annual receipt with the company name/service provided/address/amount paid and method of payment. We have asked 3 times for a receipt and also phoned. They promised someone would reply but still nothing. The only choice we have is to cancel our membership and go somewhere else who will provide a receipt to us. Many companies now are offering health and wellness programs so I expect if the process is not modified it will deter individuals. Sincerely, MJ Lorette

Was a member for 7 years, left for 3 and just came back.nLovely gym with a country club feel. Nice staff and pretty clean.nJuice bar, sauna and steam room definitely a big plus. Would get 5 stars with a couple of small changes and improvements.n1-is happening quite often that the dry sauna is either off or not very warmn2- Remove approximately 10 barely used machines and add an additional lat pulldown/back row machine. This would create some additional floor space as the gym is a little crammed with machines.nDefinitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic facilities, very large space with a wide variety of equipment, classes included with membership, women’s only gym section, steam room and dry sauna, great music, awesome staff and customer service, super clean, fresh made protein shakes etc available AND open 24/7! Seriously, what more can you ask for from your gym? Love it here. My work offers a great free gym but honestly, I continue my membership because these guys and this place are beyond compare!

Nice facilities. Great Zumba class but I was looking for a good trainer to help me start on the right foot. A trainer that would give me a program I could follow. There are so many machines, so many possibilities of training it can get overwhelming. My husband was looking for the same thing. We both met with different trainers but had the same experience. They were inexperience, no passion, making a personalize program was not their thing. We cancelled our subscription for a smaller facility but with experienced passionate trainers. Again nice big facilities but missing that personal caring touch.
