We are a bake shop with the mission of creating Better baked goods that taste great and are also Gluten Free. We carry pizza and pizza crusts, rolls, muffins, cakes and cupcakes, cookies, pierogies, quick breads, pies and pie crusts. We keep adding menu items and take special orders as well.

Hands down the best gluten free pastries I’ve ever had and definitely worth the drive from Amherst. Everything is gluten free and they have some dairy free options as well. Their Cuban sandwich is very nice and all their sandwiches are fairly priced. There is something for everyone to enjoy whether you’re here for breakfast or lunch or Saturday brunch. The only complaint I have is they aren’t open Sunday or Monday, but they probably need a day or 2 off.

I love this place. This is my go to for anything gluten free! They know how to make delicious sweets and food. The ingredients are fresh. I feel healthier consuming their food, unless its the sweets. I always stop by to pick up something. The prices are amazing for gluten free food! I expect to pay an arm and a leg, but instead only pay a reasonable amount.

Tonight my husband & I got battered fish fries, with THE BEST fresh cut fries, delicious cole slaw, soft & fresh roll, and tartar sauce so good you wish you had a bowl of it. The batter on the fish was so crispy and light. The fish was perfectly done. Absolute best fish fry I've had. We brought home goodies; muffins, cookies, cake, pizza crust. Their muffins are perfection. They're light and have just the right balance of sweet and flavors. They have so many treats, it's hard to choose. We got a dozen cookies to vacuum pack and freeze individually so I can pop one out whenever I want. The 1st time I had their chocolate chip cookie, I cried. It had been about 8 years since I had the traditional taste & texture we all know and crave. As if offering a 100% gluten-free facility to get all the food your heart desires isn't enough, they care. Tim & Lisa, their kids & staff/family just care. It doesn't matter how far you have to drive, it is worth the trip. Bring a cooler. I'm not even kidding, haha, bring a cooler! Just stock it up and enjoy gluten-free free like you can't anywhere else.

This place is the best. As someone with celiac, its so refreshing to walk into a restaurant and feel safe knowing you will not get sick, and so awesome to be able to eat everything on the menu. Great large selection of food, daily specials and soups. They also have baked goods for purchase there that are so yummy. I stock up on lots of things when I go like fresh loaves of bread and frozen French bread. Also everyone that works there and the owners are so kind.

100% gluten-free, and 100% good. These folks are doing it right. Baked goods and cafe food aren't just good for being gluten-free; it's actually good. Delicious! Food made to order for pickup, I think. Try their potato chips if you get lunch.
