I can never find what I’m looking for but the staff are usually helpful. Prices are ok. You get what you pay for.

DO NOT recommend shopping at this location. Purchased a product here, it was defective so we went back to the store to get an exchange, the second one was also defective so we went back a second third time for a refund instead. Manager refused the refund even after testing it himself and it was clear that the product was not functioning properly. Fed up, we took the product to the Highway 7 location, and the manager there tested it and processed the refund with no problem.

Had a pleasant experience shopping there & sometimes they have really good deals btw the customer service was nice too!

The store is nice, but asking employees for assistance is hit and miss. We asked two different employees for the same item. One was helpful the other had trouble understanding two syllable words. Still got what we wanted, it just took longer than we wanted.

Great staff, I had a lot of questions, I contacted them by phone and they didn't rush me and cut me short on the phone.
