Kiri Sushi

Kiri offers a good variety of fish for regular sushi/sashimi sets. No other place in the area includes sea bass or amber jack etc unless you order a-la carte. So aside of old boring salmon/tuna you get to enjoy other varieties, which is nice. I really like Kiri rolls topped with scallop, and their short ribs are extremely deliciousseriously, they just taste like butter and happiness.

Good sushi for a fair price! The rolls are a good size and aren’t made with too much rice. Favourite sushi in the junction.

My favourite sushi restaurant! I’m picky about a sushi restaurant but I’m always satisfied with their sushi. All fishes are so fresh and high quality. I’m lucky to live nearby the restaurant!

Ordered Mixed Tempura, Torched Salmon dynamite roll, black dragon roll and spicy tuna roll. Delicious food would order again from here.

The junction is growing nicely and lots of good eats but I am still in search of a great sushi place. Got soft shell crab and salmon lover. I found it ok. Not as fresh as I had hoped based on reviews but not bad. Food took really fast maybe too fast and that scares me that it’s Might give them another try as during Covid19, it’s tough on everyone. But overall, it’s ok. Worth giving them a try

Placed a large order for my office. The portions were very generous, the quality was excellent! Fish was very fresh, proportion of fish to rice in the nigiri and sushi was perfect, miso soup was well seasoned.

I ordered what I thought was a sushi part tray. It was a roll party tray. My bad. I’ve had plenty of sushi in my life and this is about the worst. Of the 42 pieces about half was one kind. Some kind of mushy paste. Won’t be back, that’s for certain. Yuk!

We order takeout sushi from Kiri regularly, and have been doing so for a few years. The staff has changed and order timing/fulfilment is AWFUL. Late, lost orders the past 3 times, very disorganized and frustrating. The sushi tastes good but it isn't worth the hassle and headache anymore. Sorry Kiri....

We ordered for the first time last night and were very impressed. Sushi appetizer, Dundas roll, wakame salad and sashimi combo 3 were all excellent. The roll was creative with not too much rice involved, just the way it should be. Fish slices were a good size and very tender. It would be nice to have a list of the fish in the sushi/sashimi combos when choosing what to order, but perhaps this is omitted on purpose to enable them to change things up to include whatever is fresh. I love the variety that our usual sushi place includes in the sashimi platter eg ebi, scallop, calamari, but the fish in the Kiri platter was a good variety and very tender. We will definitely be back!
