Dr. Rupa Patel is amazing and definitely one of the best, most thorough doctors in the Kingston area. The staff and reception are also very sweet and super helpful. 10/10! Best experience I've had with Canadian Health Care in a very long time. Thank you for helping me!!

Despite multiple complaints filed and calls, this clinic is still refusing to give me my entire medical records that i have asked for. This is illegal behaviour and disgusting. I will be contacting CPSO and a lawyer for investigation. I changed doctors because of abuse and misdiagnosis as well as refusal of medical record release.

No longer a walk in clinic as advertised. Lady behind the desk was nice, hence the two stars.

I unfortunately needed to have 2 teeth extracted I'm so fortunate to have had the procedure done at the Kingston community health centers on Weller St. From the moment I called to li was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I can not give 2 ratings but with the doctors office side I have had no issues at all and give them always a 5 star rating but with the dental clinic a 1 star I whent their just before covid started in 2019 with 2 somewhat bad cavities and the dentist was just plane rude and very insulting accusing me of being a "druggy" and he refused to do any work on me. now I whent back their just under a month ago and all they did was tell me they can't do anything and reffered me to a specialist because of how bad my teeth got and gave me antibiotics and RUSHED me out

Misdiagnosing, not listening to patients and refusing to give patients their medical records. I used to feel like the clinic cared about patients, but, other than a few of the staff that have been there a long time, that no longer seems to be the case. Update: the clinic’s response to releasing medical records was typing up an unprofessional, poorly written letter that does not reflect actual past diagnosis. I’m not sure what they are trying to hide. A patient has a legal right to their records. To treat an over 20 year patient, with rare visits and no prior issues, this way is just embarrassing for the clinic.

I went to the dental center here just last week due to a broken filling. The dentist was incredibly unprofessional, talked over me the whole time.. it appeared that he couldn't care less about fixing my teeth and was really just interested in removing them. He informed me he was going to take my tooth out because he didn't see a point in completing a root canal. Upon myself asking if I had any further options compared to just taking my tooth out and simply leaving it, I questioned if a dental implant would be a good option for myself to fill the space long term. The dentist was really snarky and replied "you won't be getting that done here, it isn't my job to make you look pretty" rather then just saying we don't offer those services at this location. I have been a type one diabetic for majority of my life so my dental heath is touch and go but I have never experienced such ignorance in the hands of a "professional" . The dentist also said I have an abscess. I went to another dental care provider today and I do not have a dental abscess and do not need any of my teeth removed. I do not recommend seeking dental help at this location.

Came in without an appointment, got my vaccine in 10 minutes, and got out soon after. I really appreciated how little time it took, and the people administering the vaccine were very kind and understanding.
