King Taps is not only a fun and cool spot but the food, drinks and service were excellent. I had made a reservation in the lounge. Our server was friendly. The appetizers were tasty! If you love crispy truffles fries, then you wouldn’t be disappointed. The Brussels sprouts were so delicious as well. I also appreciated their music as well. They definitely know what they’re doing with their “Damn Good Pizza” Those pizzas are phenomenal. Love the flavours and they have the best crust. Totally recommend to all if you’re looking for a fun spot that has excellent foods & drinks.
Had a great meal here & will definitely go back! Went around 12:30 Friday & got seated right away. Our server Kelsie was awesome. She was helpful, gave suggestions and was very attentive!! The food was delicious. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with hot tasty fries and the Tuna Poke Bowl, which has the most amazing crispy rice croutons!
The pizza was great. Exactly how I like it. Good amount of toppings, delicious sauce and crispy crust. The location is great. You can still dine outside in October and they have cute pink blanket for each table just in case if you feel chilly. I just wish they had more vegetarian options. Definitely going back here.
A really cool place overall, but feels kind of like a generic restaurant similar to cactus club. The cocktail menu was not very good and the cocktails themselves weren’t great either. The food we got was really good though! There was a mix up with our reservation which was annoying but it eventually got resolved and we got our seat. Also, replying to the confirmation text caused a roaming fee to be added to our phone bill. Overall, a cool place but nothing unique.
We had a lovely experience eating on the patio at King Taps. The weather was nice and sunny but there were plenty of umbrellas for shade. The staff were very friendly and got us seated quickly. They have a really bright and light interior which is stark contrast from its predecessors. The waiting area was very beautiful, very well done whoever designed that. We were there during happy hour and the food was delicious and well priced for what we got. Some of the beers we wanted were sold out and our waitress was happy to substitute it for another beverage of our choosing. Overall we had a great experience at this new restaurant. If I had one complaint, I wish they could accommodate larger parties as this would be a great place to have a birthday party. Thanks again, we will be back to King Taps! I very much enjoyed my time at King Taps. After a long day of walking and lounging on the beach, it was a short stroll to King Taps for happy hour food and drinks. Starting off with appetizers - my friends and I shared Truffle Fries and Korean Chicken bites. Both were delicious and paired nicely with our drinks; a Na’cho Caeser, Cool- Cool Mule, and a local brew - all delicious. For our main course we each had our own pizza happy hour perk- pizzas are $5 off!, they are medium sized, definitely do-able to have your own. I had the Stinging Bee pizza, the honey drizzled on the pizza was a lovely touch that gave the light spice of the Soppressata less of a kick. The dough itself was thin slice and perfectly cooked. Also enjoyed was the Prawn and Pesto, the kale gave a nice gentle crunch and tasted lovely with the pesto and prawns. Service was good, we didn’t have to wait very long for anything. Location is on the main strip, close to a lot. I am excited for my next trip to King Taps, the food and drinks are great, and so are the staff!
A nice place to grab a drink and a bite with friends. It was pretty busy on a Monday afternoon but once we got in the service was quick and friendly. The drinks were a bit expensive for the single cocktails, but overall tasted good. Cauliflower and pizza were delicious. They were also able to accommodate some dietary preferences as well Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp entrance
Well first time we went to King taps..it was our daughter's and son's milestone birthdays so they booked the place. From some of the pre-opening photos looked like it was geared more towards ..do not know why I got that impression but it had a totally different vibe. My son commented sorta like a Vegas..style..I am not sure but it's a different style but in a good way. We went Saturday evening and had reservations or I don't think we would have got in with out a wait, the place was packed. We had apples...drinks..and steaks...the food was great and they had alot of staff. Our server was outstanding and made sure we were well taken care of and checked in enough with out being a bother...she was great. So pleasantly surprised we will go back forsure.
First time here waited about 15 to 20 min to get in and when we got in there were tables empty, never made sense to me but the service was really good and I had a delicious beer and we ordered a pesto prawn pizza .the pizza was ok but the crust was a little chewy. Overall it was a pleasant experience we will go back
Surprisingly very good food, including the sushi lol. Happy hour was fun. Many dishes on the list and they were all yummy. The hot honey was GOOD.
