Just the worst I call my prescription in hours in advance. I show up 30 min to and hour after the said completion time and it has never been done. They always say " it looks like we are still working on it, do you have 15 or 20 minutes to wait" No....My infant and I don't have another 15 or 20 mintues to wait, that is why I called it in several hours ago. We have a monthly prescription and this happens every month for the last year. I will literly drive 20 miles south to Walgreens on Rum River Blvd and Bunker lake road going forward, and we live in St Francis 3 minutes away Goodrich. Sorry not Sorry!

Only live two blocks away but will never go back. Scrips are never ready when they say they will be. I have even called before heading up there, told it is ready, then get there and IT IS NOT READY! This was been happening for two years. Go some where else, you will be much happier.

I love this pharmacy. Everyone that works here has always been very friendly and helpful, and they all have gone the extra mile when I have questions (and I ask a lot of questions!) They are all very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they find it. Excellent customer service here. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Goodrich Pharmacy employees!!!

Very friendly but very slow. When someone isn't feeling well waiting twice as long as they are told isn't ideal.
