Hey everyone. Kim and Doug have been so helpful and supportive to me and my move. I met them back in 1998. McKenzie town was a brand new area. They sold us out first house as a new family. Then as my family grew they helped us find out second house. Now my kids have grown and it’s time to move again. I went through divorce and they have been a HUGE support. Doug and his son helped me move furniture to help stage my home. Kim arranged carpet people to replace some carpet that had been stained by purple shampoo that spilled. I had another realtor show me what my house is worth. When I let Kim know. She spent hours researching all the homes in my area and showed me I could get up to 10,000 more for my home than what the other realtor offered me. I stuck with her. She was awesome very knowledgeable and she really knows her stuff! My house sold for 15,000 higher then what the other realtor quoted me!! Im thrilled!! Doug makes dealing with the paperwork easy with virtual signing not overwhelming me. I 100% trust Kim and Doug selling my home. They are well above any realtor in the city. You will be in very good hands with team Hayden. If you want the best go with these two amazing people. Thank you Kim and Doug for all your hard work helping me sell my home in McKenzie town. I’ll miss you guys!! Your the best!!!

We had a very positive experience with Team Hayden, particularly with Douglas Hayden. We put our property for sale, in a very difficult market conditions and working with Doug we noticed he was creative, dedicated and personally takes care of his customers. Always on top, great level of communication and market analysis / information flowing to you. We sold our property and we are very happy with the results. I strongly recommend Team Hayden as realtors in Calgary.

Good realtor... But I think most realtors are all the same.
