I have lived here for 8 years I have been fighting with Killam for 4 years still have not come in to clean the mold out of my bedroom my bathroom has a big hole in in ceiling from four years ago when the tenants up stairs were flooding the bathroom which left a big hole in my ceiling I have bugs falling on my head when I use the bathroom have to put Towel over my head. Also I haven't been able to turn my heat on in the bedroom and living at the same time it blows the breaker.They came to put new windows in two years ago tore my walls apart still haven't come back to fix it.i don't know why they do inspectionns every 6 months if there not planning on coming back to fix the problem.and my bathtub is drown cause the the water won't stop running in the tub the coppery pipes r that bad it's turning my tub drown that can't be healthy .Sure I'm sick all the time just from the mold .
