Debbie is the greatest real estate person in Canada! You know why? She gets it all right. I called her from Kingston. From the moment I started to talk to her about buying a house in St. John's she went to the sight and looked at the house with another person who estimated how much work it needed and called me back and said it was worth buying. She sent me lots of pictures and set me up with a house inspector. Her expertise was right on. The inspector agreed it was a solid downtown three decker house. A few weeks later I flew to St. John's and met Debbie at the house. She's a lovely person and we had a walk through from top to bottom. It was exactly how she described it and after this she recommended a lawyer and now I own a wonderful historic building in old St. John's. If you're interested in buying a house there be sure to call Debbie Hanlon. Her advice and business sense guided my steps all the way from beginning to end. And she did it effortlessly! She's the best there is in business. She's a Newfoundland treasure!
