We are Residential Property Managers who manage and rent all types of residential properties from single-family homes to multiple units such as: duplexes, townhouses to apartments and condominiums (As well as mixed use residential and commercial properties). We currently manage over 600 rental units in the St John's area, we also manage over 400, condominium units or 7 individual condominium boards. Our company has a Maintenance Manager and crew along with complete rental property staff including cleaners, landscapers, handymen, as well as master tradesmen. In addition to managing your property, we can also perform our own maintenance work as well as residential contracting which keeps the costs down for our clients as the need for outsourcing is minimal.
