This place is a little slice of amazing right in the heart of Bellevue. From the water room with it's many experiments, to the truck room, to the farm, corner market, and story areas, there's so much for a kid of any age to explore! My personal favorite is the climbing tower. Challenging without being difficult, and reasonably easy for a parent to tag along, with a quiet hammock-like hangout area at the top. I loved the kid centered places of my childhood, but am so glad places like this take it to a whole other level for my kiddos! I highly recommend this museum for a great day off family fun for everyone!

We visited my mom over Christmas and she took us here. Absolutely awesome museum! Our boys couldn't get enough! The cool thing is that you can stay all day, and even leave for lunch and come back. Very reasonable entrance fee. Only thing I would change is the parking. It's a very small lot. Other than that, this place is a must see if you're in Bellevue!

You need to pay for adults so a trip with two children is around $40. Way more then other similar places. It is fun first few times, or every few months. Small parking, a lot people in small space. Not enough sits for adults. Still 4 start because I go there once, twice a year and my kids enjoy this place for 2-3 hours.

Small compared to other children’s museum I’ve been to. Doesn’t have a cafeteria or anything so bring your own food and snacks. No place to eat though, will need to fight for a bench space, no tables. There are also no signs about taking off your shoes before entering climbing structure so kids run and climb with their muddy shoes on which I find isn’t sanitary. Also found “wet” toys in their infant kitchen play area. If you are from California like I am, you will find this is about 1/5 the size of the Children’s discovery museum in San Jose but costs about the same. I regret paying for a 1 year membership before trying it out first. Also no place inside to park my stroller. I had to park stroller outside and lug 2 kids and a diaper bag.

We went there for a friend's party with our 1 year old. He had a blast! There were so many neat areas with activities that even he could do. It was beautifully designed, very safe and very clean.
