I have been bringing my son to Dr Greg since he was two years old ( he is now nine.) I have had nothing but a great experience with Kids First. We used to go to the office in Fairfield but now that Monroe has opened we have been going there. Dr. Greg and his staff are VERY kid friendly and my son always wants to go. Nothing but good things to say. Wish they had a dental office like this when I was a kid !

The dentist himself is a delightful doctor, professional and thorough.  The billing, however, was a complete nightmare.  They combined my children on one bill and didn't clearly state charges and payments. They quoted a discount on tooth sealing, and, after I agreed, charged me full price.  Constantly 'forgot' to credit the account correctly. Avoid, unless you are a forensic accountant with time to spare.
