Dental Associates of Connecticut

This was my first visit to Dental Associates 2/7/23, and I was not only greatly impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the environment, but also by the professionalism, knowledge, and congeniality of the staff. They were all outstanding, and follow-ups were timely and informative. The entire operation is 'world class', and I felt totally at ease there. Highly, highly recommend! Plus, if you have children, the decor and surroundings make it less stressful and fun!

My first visit to Dr Thacker at Dental Associates of Ct.. The front desk was welcoming, and the office was clean and relaxing. The pediatric Section was kid friendly… with a Star Wars theme I took pictures of Darth Vader, and R2 D2 to share with my grandkids! The doctor was punctual, and asked a lot of questions, and gave a thorough first exam! I was worried to be meeting this doctor for the first time, and she immediately put my worries to rest by being professional, insightful, and giving me honest feedback, and answered all of my questions and concerns.

The Shelton Office is all very good at what they do and extremely nice. Dr. Giuliano is wonderful. Thanks everyone, very happy with this office.

Dr Lee is the best, wouldn’t see anyone else for my dental work. His assistant Robin went above and beyond helping me today. Ladies at reception desk are very friendly and helpful also. Great team! Highly recommend them to everyone!

The Front Desk is disrespectful allowing someone else to use our account when we are the only ones who Owen the account and they never apply for the refund credit we overpaid in the account. On top, we had to find out and they didn't care about it. The Shelton office needs to learn to treat its customers with no discrimination.

My 2 kids and myself goes to the Shelton location. For years I have been terrified of going to the Dentist because of a bad experience with my prior dentist. The staffs are very professional, nice and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and safe. Environment, offices and waiting area are very clean and kid friendly.

Dr. Fusillo is the best!!! He is Knowledgeable, Compassionate, & Honest. I had chipped a crown. Very uncomfortable trapping food, couldn't eat, then it fell out while flossing on Sunday. He was able to see me the next day! In 15 minutes he re-cemented it and smoothed it down, saving me time in the dental chair and lots of money. Thank you so much for getting me out of pain!! I have been to many dentals offices in my 72 years and I have nothing but praise for my New Dental experience at Dental Associates of CT. Great service, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the Dentist was a real down to earth guy. I’m so impressed with the professionalism I would recommend them. I have been very careful all my life with my dental hygiene, having had a grandfather who also was a dentist. So my experience comes with strict standards.. and I must say Dr. Fusillo and his staff at Dental Assoc. of CT have been amazing. Their professionalism and conservative approach along with their obvious care and questions about my health and sensitivity make them among the best I have ever visited.

Sophia is the best dental hygienists there is. She is polite, nice, does not hurt you while cleaning and cares about her patients.
