William Aiello, DDS

I moved to Kenosha in 2008, and Dr. Aiello was recommended to me by people in the area. I only saw Dr. Aiello once, and then started seeing Dr. Laura A. Guttormsen. I am not the best with getting my teeth worked on, and often need to use nitrous to get through a procedure to help with my anxiety. Dr. Guttormsen was always very gentle and great with me and made me feel like it was ok to be nervous - but genuinely wanted to help me so I could have better experiences at the dentist. We moved at the end of 2015 and I wish I had such a great dentist in our new location.

All the dentists are kind and gentle. My 5 year old had to have a tooth pulled and they were very gental and explained everything as they went. The receptionists and staff are very nice. Recently my son was hit with a metal bat while playing outside. We were worried he would have to have surgery. The dental office was about to close but one of the dentists stayed there until we could get there. He was able care for my son and tell us what was needed. I know it saved us an expensive trip to the ER. I could not recommend them more!

The service was very good the challenge is we were given misinformation about our coverage which we clearly stated if its not covered do not perform. We were informed it would be covered at 80% only to learn it was not covered. Shame on there business office for giving us bad information.

Worst dental service in the area! Stay away! They charge me for a consultation visit when I come in for a cleaning. They they tell me they will have to do a cleaning another day. I get charged for nothing! Then when I DO want to go to the dentist, they tell me I'll have to pay in FULL because I was already charged for a cleaning once?! Oh you mean the cleaning that I had to wait for? F this.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! First off I had a appointment scheduled. Then like the other reviewer I was called later and told the dentist won't be in that day and that I had to reschedule. Very unprofessional and thoughtless. Then when I went in for my root canal the dentist was VERY ROUGH with his instruments. After the anesthesia he was grinding down my tooth and I told him that I could feel some pain and his exact words were " Hold it ". I said again "BUT I CAN STILL FEEL IT"!! Then when I had to pay for their services I received attitude from some seemingly nice old lady that treated me like I was incompetent. This is when I knew I would never return here again!! They may seem nice, but don't let them fool you. Please for your own good go somewhere else
