One thing you can always expect: a wide selection of ways to save. Bring your freshly-cleaned kids’ apparel, toys, equipment, and more to Kid to Kid during buying hours. Buyers choose which items to buy based on style, condition, and inventory needs. We look for items in like-new condition and current style. Kid to Kid software prices the items and determines your payment. This process typically takes 20-30 minutes, but since this can vary throughout the day, you will receive a wait-time estimate up front. Once you receive an offer for the items we’ve selected, collect your cash or get paid 20% more than our cash offer by choosing store credit. Consider donating any leftover items to a local charity with no extra effort.

The value they put on what you bring to sell is fair considering they need to make profit as well. What's already there to sell has a very reasonable price.  Depending how much you bring prepare to wait awhile.

If u want to wast your money buy item from this store, they sell deffective items and confirming it is in a good shape and then they never refund

I went here for the first time today to buy for my newborn. I specifically coordinated to go on a Wednesday to take advantage of their infant sale (25% off all 0-6month infant wear). When I asked for it at the till, the lady helping me was unaware of it and the other lady beside her reminded her of the sale every Wednesdays. Then, the owner or store manager came and said I get no discount. I asked why and he said that sale is from long time ago. I said it is on the website so he should honour it. Then he said very rudely, "well that's gotta come down then. No sale." Then walked away. The lady at the till had to whisper to apologize and it was just uncomfortable for everyone. Will never go back here and not recommend.

Rudest staff I've ever come across. The man is so disrespectful and I don't think he has any idea what customer service is. I'll never give them my business again. Ripped open a brand new unopened high chair. I declined his $6 offer and he left all the pieces there for me to put back. It didn't fit back in the box so I asked him if he remembered how it was when he opened and just got the rudest "no" and brushed me off because I didn't take his $6 :/

Do not even consider this store, go down the street to the other kids store.

Attended the Mississauga Santa Clause parade, due to the location of the event, parking was limited to local plazas near the route.  As I was pulling into a parking spot infront of this store with my family, the store owner was standing infront of the spot available smoking and refused to move so I can park.  He stated parking was for customers only, even though there was no sign "for customers only".  He stated he was the sign and would not move from the spot.   I Understand the parade maybe disrupting your business, but yet you are alienating the very same customers who may shop at your store, which are family's with kids.  

You were rude and if you have issue with the parade take it up with the local MPP.

Based on other reviews online, does not surprise me others have experienced this type behavior from the owner.
