Kickapoo Creekside

Our experience at Kickapoo Creekside seemed disorganized. There needs to be better communication between all employees, in that no one, save one female bartender, knew what anyone else was doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes from the time of our reservation until we were seated, and then seated at a table that had been open nearly the entire 30 minutes that we waited. They seemed short staffed. The food was good and warm, but again bc of staffing, it took a while for someone to get to us for drink orders. Our server was friendly and cleared our table in a timely fashion so our group could visit a bit. The issues of communication and better customer service need to be addressed immediately. Not sure if we'll be revisiting.

It's ok, a little fancy for the people in the area. More of an older crowd environment, not for the younger crowd. Priced to high for the amount of food, either not enough or to much alcohol in the drinks. Waited for ever for drinks. Surprised they are still open.

We didn't care for our tasteless meals, the atmosphere was that of a sports bar, and the price was more on the pricey side for what you get. Definitely better next door.

Nicely redecorated, great food and good friendly waitstaff. Will definitely go back!

Waited ONE HOUR and 45 MINUTES for our food plus a half hour for a table. Several reserved tables walked out. Food presentation was lousy like it had been thrown on the plate. A roll that I assume was supposed to be a yeast roll was small and hard as a hockey puck. Overpriced for the area.
