Kibo Sushi House

I had the best takeaway sushi experience from Kibo ever. I've had takeaway sushi from other restaurants before, but Kibo is the best in the city. Everything that was fried was just perfectly crispy and that is hard to achieve with delivered food by the time it gets to you. The tempura, chicken kara-age, and takoyaki were crispy and flavorful when it got to us. We couldn't believe how amazing it was. The sushi was fresh and tasted sublime. Amazing job, we're loyal customers as long as this quality remains!

My fiance ordered through uber eat today. Wasabi didnt taste fresh, it was blend. Salmon is hard to be bad but it was like convenient store sushi taste for me. Assorted tempura was good but spicy chicken karage was all soggy and not good.. rainbow dragon roll was.. hard to say it was good... I guess it’s depend on what you expect but for me, everything was all you can eat sushi quality.

We absolutely love this place for takeaway. The quality for the price can’t be beat. We always opt for a Maki Platter and they always pack chopsticks, soya sauce, and napkins. Orders are always right on time, can’t be beat.

We ordered 3 platters for takeout. Sashimi tasted very fresh and the rolls were very crispy. Totally worth it!

Fun place in the west end of downtown. Takeout from here is very efficient, and quick. Food is good, they have many tiers of options, definitely a good spot to pickup food in the downtown area.

This is a good choice for Japanese takeout. I like their tempura set; the texture, ratio of batter to meat, and not bland. Ordered their California sushi roll with assorted sushi. Everything seems legit and fresh.Recommended dishesShrimp Tempura

Sushi here is fantastic. Good portions for the price. Quickly prepared for take out and excellent service. I had ordered several rolls and the staff helped me change my order to a combo to save money which is not something you see often but will ensure I come back. Highly recommended!

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Calgary. The food is just outstanding and very flavourful, and the fish is so fresh it exceeds my expectations. Definitely will be coming back to try all the menus!

The portion sizes are quite large and the fish definitely tastes fresh; which is probably why their items are pricier. My favorite rolls were the spicy crunch dynamite and spicy salmon dragon. I don't like their spicy mayo however because it's more on the sweeter side.

The salmon lovers plate is delicious and buttery! I'm not typically a fan of rolls but the spicy salmon roll is amazing. Lovely and prompt customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
