Pizza Hut

The guys and gals here are super nice. They bring food out to me when it’s ready so I don’t have to go back in. Food is never bad. Honestly super great service.

Pizza from here is usually just 'meh'. There is no difference between a pizza with regular cheese and one with extra cheese, so don't bother paying extra for it. The thing I liked about them is they were fast. But this last visit, it was ass-numbingly slow for a takeout outlet. They were busy, but they seemed to have gotten my pizzas lost at the bottom of the pile because by the time they gave them to me (50 minutes later), the boxes were crushed and damp, and the pizza inside was lukewarm at best. A half-assed 'Sorry for the wait' as the guy thrust the limp boxes into my hands and turned away. I really should have made them make me new pizzas but I'm not certain that would have turned out well either. Good thing pizza fries up tasty, because that's what we had to do when we got them home. Skip this place, especially if it's busy. Be better, Pizza Hut.

I ordered from Pizza Hut's 310-1010 number as well as their 1-866 number and was given the run around and after 20 minutes of back and forth address inquiries I was told that they would not deliver to my office. I am literally 5 minutes away fro their Sherwood park location and have accepted order here before so I am a little shocked they would not deliver. Lazy Bastards!!

The website deleted some toppings from one of my pizzas. I tried to call to correct it but no one picked up. The pizza is good when you get what you ordered but this location clearly has problems answering their phones.
