I ordered at 1140. Cold chicken, cold fries, served up quickly. The nice lady who took my order had both long chin hair and a moustache. Sorry, but that's not visually appealing. Maybe I'm insensitive to say so, but it is. Presentation matters, and in addition the food needs to be served hot. Both those things should be self-evident.
