Boston Pizza

Went to Boston Pizza for a date, and it was awesome! We got a huge platter, and it was a total treat. The garlic bread was so cheesy and good, crispy outside, soft inside. The wings were amazing, perfectly crunchy with juicy meat. And those potato chips? Unexpectedly great! The dips were perfect too – the marinara was rich, the ranch creamy, and the honey mustard was just right. The staff was super nice, and the place felt really cozy. We're totally going back!

Waited 3 hours for delivery… I called and was hung up on repeatedly. Finally spoke to someone after 2 hours, was told it would be there soon they hoped. Food arrived, was ice cold and the wrong pizzas. Had correct pizza made… 3.5 hours later and it’s basically inedible it has so much sauce on it… the cheese isn’t even fully melted. Definitely not the quality I expect from BP.

Awesome food and atmosphere. Server knew what we wanted. Staff was friendly and made sure we get the best service. Would love to visit again.

Been coming here for all my life. Great food today, great service from every server ive spoken too, and the atmosphere has always been cozy no matter the new looks. Frequent beautiful balloon displays and tons of pictures to look at. Im excited to come here again as soon as possible

If I could give zero stars, I would. Boston Pizza is hands down one of the most disgusting dining experiences I've ever had. The food tastes like it was microwaved straight from a gas station freezer — bland, greasy, and just plain sad. The management? Equally awful. Unprofessional, rude, and completely checked out. You can tell no one cares about the place. And staffing? A revolving door. It's literally five new girls every month, none of whom seem properly trained because the turnover is that bad. The vibe inside is chaotic, depressing, and honestly kind of gross. Save your money, your stomach, and your sanity — go literally anywhere else
