Worst location ever, can't believe it's still in business. Haven't gone there in over 7 years and looking at the reviews it's still as slow and horrible as ever

I had a very poor experience at this location. It was dinner time and I waited for about 10 minutes to order in the drive through and then waited an additional 15 minutes to get to the window to pay and was asked if dark meat only was ok? I said no and then was advised an additional 12 minute wait. I said forget it and left. I should have been advised when I ordered that there would be a wait and I could have ordered something else at that time. I found this to be very poor customer service.

Very very very slow , made me wait 20 min or some chicken . I was by far the worst service I have ever seen.

1 star is the lowest rating I can give, but I really would like a negative possibility as I would the rate as a -2. Seriously ! Brutal communication even with the manager. Always waiting there to order even though there is absolutely no one in the sitting area. The last straw for me after numerous times taking out only to find the order was messed up... Do yourself a huge favour ... find somewhere else to go !!!
