We order from the Saint Albert location last night and then spent the night barfing and s******* due to food poisoning not impressed at all

Very good as usual... never been disappointed. At times service is slow if low staff on location.

The chicken rice bowl was overcooked, and the dragon sushi smelled like death so we didn't eat it. Bento box C was decent enough. Think we'll skip this place in the near future.

Absolutely disgusting. Front door hadn't been washed in week(s), was covered in fingerprints and smudges, had to use my pinky finger to open the door before promptly wiping it off on my jeans. Servis was beyond atrocious, the lady at the counter was rude and angry that my husband and I had dared bother her for food. She took a personal call at the counter screaming in a foreign language then proceeded to scream at whoever was in the back. The food was reprehensible, the meat tasted 'off', the veggies were old - almost like they were previously frozen - and the rice was mush. Of course they put about 2-3X more teriyaki sauce in attempt to drown it all out. We barely had 3 - 4 bites b4 just walking out of there in disgust. If I could give a negative review, it would be minus 5 stars. -*****

The sushi isn't as fresh as other places, but that is to be expected with an express sushi chain. The tempura and teriyaki dishes are great. The service quality could improve.
