WORST KFC I've ever been toand I've lived all over Ontario, military. In the almost ten years we've lived here in the beach NOT ONCE have they got my order correct or was it even edible. And many times not available to order. The service is less then terrible and if I could give them less then a one star they'd receive a negative 5 stars. Don't waste your time or money. Check out one of the many other restaurants in the area.

Disgusting food. And when you complain about the terrible service to KFC, they send your complaint to the employees who treated you terribly to resolve. SAD.Food: 1/5

Probably the worst experience I've ever recieved without a doubt. I don't think you could get worse service if you actually tried. If you like being the only car there and waiting 10 minutes at the speaker before someone takes your order and tries to cut you off after each item and then waiting an additional 20 minutes at the window to get your food that's missing an item or made wrong, then this place is definitely for you! Dietary restrictions: Can barely handle making the food as it is supposed to be made, let alone any requests to add/don't add something to your food

This location is dripping with wack juice. They always lock the front door because they can't keep up with drive thru orders. One time they locked us in and my girlfriend hurt her hand trying to get out. Mid rush panic door lock when customers are in the restaurant. That's weak. How do you run out of chicken at the beginning of lunch service is beyond me as well? Honestly I'd give this no stars if I could. Fire the manager and the owners have no business running this establishment. Stay away. Don't waste your time and money here. Five garbage cans out of five

Got there before 8pm on Saturday and they said they were closed. Last time was the same and then another time we have ran out of chicken. It's getting annoying when you have to come from Collingwood just to be turned away for the third time. Not bothering again ...Shame cuz I love KFC

Garuntee you will be missing one or more of your items from your order. The staff do not check the orders before giving it to the customer. The Food is never what you hope. No matter how many times I give them a "second chance", they always seem to disappoint. Tonight will be my last night ordering from this location.

Ok, my rating reflects the service and staff, not the food. I’m not sure what’s going on over here, but we are now 5 for 5. Each time I’ve gone in for take out, the staff is rude and just seem annoyed that anyone is even there. Especially the girl that’s always on cash. I get it, hours can be long and work is tiring. But working for a franchise there are certain brand standards to uphold to. And I’m sure as hell “being courteous to your customers” is one of them.

Egregious wait times 20+ minutes per customer in the drive thru line and disgusting chicken DRIPPING with grease. Employees are incredibly rude, strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs

Waited over 20 minutes In drive thru. No cars in front of us. Forgot our fries supreme in the order. When I asked for our missing fries the girl at the window was very rude. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the fries supreme. When we finally got the fries we discovered hairs in them intentional? I wouldn’t be surprised given the condescending attitude we were given.We then asked for hot sauce and she pretty much threw the packets through the truck window. We didn’t complain about the hair in the fries because we figured they’d probably spit in the next order they gave us given the attitude we were receiving. Horrible quality of food and service. We won’t be returning.

The food was better than in the past and everyone is friendly. Just a bit of a surprise the hours were shorter in the evening. Just need to be prepared and check before heading out.Food: 4/5
