The sports bar area was superb. We have tried first time veg pizza in Ontario and it was delicious. Penny Pasta was also good but could be more better if it would have more spices.The chocolate explosion was one of the item I would highly recommend. Ordered on the phone for the pizza, pasta and salad meal deal for pickup on Good Friday. The man who answered was very kind and the food was also prepared quickly. It's the perfect takeout meal when you want to eat a little fancy without completely breaking the bank. I'd love some more cheese on the perogy pizza next time!
honestly the food was actually really really good and so the service. We literally came in 20 min aggressive drunk. The managers and employees were really nice and let us stay in the store when he started to follow us and show aggressive behaviour. We were allowed to stay in the restaurant and then sit until the man left, which we really appreciated. The managers also went outside to monitor the situation and keep him away. Thank you so much for making us feel much safer and for the great food.
Came for dinner after the beach but really wish we went somewhere else. The patio was nice but the service was soooooo slow. We understand they were short staffed but an hour wait for food is just too long. Pretty unfortunate because the food was good but I don’t think we’ll be going back.
A.K. The manager was very helpful and gabby was our server. She was new as she had something saying she was in training. She did awesome! We left a good tip’ they both were so good! Great place to eat and enjoy ourselves.
This location is really ridiculous, we ordered nachos and literally only got chips with little to no toppings, like we are begging for the food. Never ordering from this location again. They short the wings too and toppings
I would like to praise the staff, manager and I believe new owners here at this Boston pizza. We have been coming here since they opened. Throughout the years I felt this place was going down hill. My previous last visit was probably a few years ago and it wasn't pleasant. The food was great but the vibe was terrible, you could see all the staff was stressed and on edge and the manager looked totally defeated. I could see it was because of ownership. If anyone else seen this and stopped going I would say go back and try again. Although the manager Chris left for awhile he is back. From the minute we walked in you were greeted with smiles. I had set up a dinner for fifteen for a birthday. The staff were very organized and worked together. I could see Chris the manager working with his staff to make sure our night was great. From drinks to desert everything came out on time and the temperature was what it was meant to be. I am very glad to see Chris back he is a true asset to your restaurant. To the staff you peeps did a great job. Back on my go to list. And to our waitress, sorry don't remember your name. For only being there for two weeks you were a trooper. You looked like a champ when I played a joke on you and pretending that the broccoli my sister put in my jumbalia was the chef's fault. Keep up the good work and see you guys soon
AK the manager is so personable, made me feel at home with service! I had the spin dip and onion rings. Highly recommend. Can't wait to check out Sunday karaoke night and Tues and Thurs 1/2 price wings in the loungeFood: 5/5
All of the food was excellent. We ordered Ribs, burger, meatloaf special, pizza, salmon bowl and a chicken Caesar salad. Everything was excellent - right temperature, taste, speed and presentation. However, the shining star was the service we received from Narda! Truly excellent service. She will be the primary reason that we return.
The food wasn’t great. Ribs were a small portion the fries came in the bigger box than the rest and the coleslaw was enough to fit my home table spoon… all for 30$ and had to wait 1 hour for it. Only thing I enjoyed was the Pepsi can that came with my order.
