This has got to be the worst KFC in the area with Huntingdon a close 2nd. Unexperienced miserable workers, Understaffed, Messy and Extremely Slow!! Glad that we didn't want to eat in as there wasn't a clean table available. Couldn't believe how it has changed over the years. Will not be returning in a hurry.
Lottttts of people. I think it was because of the time I visited. I would say, this particular KFC feels really stuffy. They packed up all the extra chairs and tables at the back where customers can see. The food was definitely good. Just would recommend going home to enjoy rather than dining in
Customer service of the new team has provided a much improved service from a couple of years back. Staff are polite and efficient. Deliver nice hot food. Unfortunately there is no parking space for getting a quick take away, otherwise, we would come weekly instead of half yearly. KFC should open a branch in Cambridge Retail Park which will attract many shoppers there, furthermore, it can take up some of the the heavy delivery load. There will be plenty of parking spaces for the delivery motorbikes. Parking: There is no parking which is a big drawback. The KFC delivery motorbikes parking on the double yellow line outside is dangerous to the delivery staff and other road users.
I ordered via the app and checked in just before entering the store. Despite having to wait almost an hour, I wad then informed that they didn't have enough chicken bites and that id I wanted then id have another 20 minutes to wait. How can they not be prepared for an order that was placed 30 minutes before I arrived and another hour before they served me. It's not even asd if they were busy, they're might have been 7 people come and go while I was there. Disgusted
Very unprofessional stuff. For one order we have to wait 30 min. Very dirty inside the store. The tables all dirty In general Everywhere dirty
Can't praise the staff enough, but the atmosphere wasn't great. The takeaway delivery workers were hustling the front of the counter and hassling the workers whilst keeping other customers at bay. When my order was called I had to reach over the heads of other customers because there was no way they were moving. The toilet was adequate, but tiny and a bit grotty as there is a seating area. Parking: Any spots that were available outside the store were quickly snapped up by the takeaway drivers.
KFC basically stealing my money yet again. We ordered via deliveroo and I've removed a star for each item that was missing. Coleslaw missing from my wife's box meal, if you have none then just throw in a substitute trust me that's better than nothing! I also ordered 2 x garlic and 2 x Supercharger dips and only received one of each so that's £1 that I've been ripped off. KFC train your staff properly please, I won't be ordering a takeaway from here again and certainly won't be visiting in person. The food was fine but apart from being stone cold how bad can it get? it's not like it's being made from scratch every time. It may be fast food but there should be standards i.e making sure the order is correct and complete in any establishment charging customers for any service or product. Sadly KFC seems to have none. I've had the same thing happen when living in London at other KFC branches, it's very annoying!
Bog standard KFC, huge issue with waiting times. I have regularly waited 45+ mins for "fast food" They also lie about not having things in stock. What they actually mean is they didnt bother defrosting enough. Evidenced by the fact that I have ordered food on the app that was "out of stock" in person, to be told theyre making a fresh batch now. Lazy
Quite disappointed. I had to wait 30 minutes for a small order of 2 drinks, a small Popcorn chicken and chips. They definately prioritise online orders than physical ones. Only worth the wait if you buy a full meal. Plus on the machines you order from they do not list what is out of stock leading me to have another drink when having already purchased a watermelon line refresher, got a 7up instead and 2 regular cups due to no large ones. Only thing worth it is the food itself.
Very bad service, had to wait for 20 mins till I receive my order of just a megabox and a filet burger meal. The staff including the shift manager didn't even explain the cause of delay but were busy chatting the back if house and sorting out their breaks.Food: 1/5
