Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

For the past few days I have been visiting most of the restaurants and cafe's near me.One the previous day I have visited one of the Popeyes in the Kitchener area and that was quite impressive not only food but also the ambience. With that same level of expectation I walked in to the Popeyes #11159 , 480 Hespeler Road, Cambridge but then It was a complete hell for me. Me along with friends have walked in the restaurant and managed to order food after waiting for 10 mins even though no one was waiting infront of us. When the lady I guess she was the manager who taken our order was a bit rude and managed to mention our time to finish food as we are having the food from the store. After ordering we have waited for 35 minutes to get food and the real bad experience for me and my friends starts from here, We got 5 pc chicken * 3 as we have order and it was all dark meat basically full of leg pieces which is full of oil and its dripping while taking on hand. and then after waiting for another 20 mins we got rest of our order. which was 4 pc tender chicken which smells like yukkk. Tastes like it was all cooked on fish oil and like the tastes like it was weeks old. I'm not joking over here wasting my time and yours over here.I have approached the counter regarding the same and their response to this was not satisfactory. I am still traumatised and will not be returning at all.

Visited this fast food restaurant for the first time. And tried their food for the first time. voila la nourriture était incroyable!! And staff was very friendly. Gonna visit this store again and again. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

Got the spicy blackened chicken burger. Pretty good for the price and different than your average fast food chicken burger. Would recommend.Food: 5/5

I called in to place an order for two chicken sandwiches and fries, and I was told 10 minutes until it was ready for pick-up. I waited a total of 45 minutes to receive this order and the staff only started preparing my order after I informed them of my wait time. The staff have very poor customer service skills, with no regard for a customer’s time. I was only offered ketchup and hot sauce packets as recompense for my time and patience. I will never visit this location again.

First time trying Popeyes and it didn’t disappoint me! Crispy chicken outside and juicy inside, well seasoned

My family ordered 3 boxes of the 3 tender daily special. My mom liked the tenders a lot and she tried it for the first time ever. She was very impressed and now she will buy it more often. Everything did come out fresh and they were all fair pieces. We would recommend it, it tasted amazing!!

Food tasted amazing, everything was fresh. Sometimes it gets a bit too busy but it's worth waiting for delicious food. The employees were very kind as well. Proper customer service

So very sorry to leave a negative review. When I arrived there were 3 people waiting for their order, one man was in a hurry so I suggested they please complete his order first. He compromised by switching his preference to spicy chicken which was already prepared yet was still kept waiting. There only appeared to be 2 staff present, one cooking and one at the counter. After serving the man who was in a hurry the other 2 customer orders were being fulfilled, very, very slowly. I gave up and left. I couldn't help but wonder if this was the service received at around 3:30 or 4 in the afternoon, the dinner rush must be excruciating. It will be a very long time before I try that again.

Order was messed up, was charged $40 for barely any food. The only good thing was the fresh chicken pieces. The lady who took my order was nice enough but definitely frustrating as I just gave up trying to explain the situation and compromised my meal only to end up with no one being able to eat anything but the chicken as we didn't get any biskits and my 1 and 3 year olds can't have the cajan spice on the fries or gravy. Place wasn't overly clean and they argued with another client behind me. One staff member stepped in a few times to try and help whenever their was a conflict which was appreciated but definitely shouldn't have been the case in the first place. Parking: The whole area is basically a huge parking lot so lots of options Wheelchair accessibility: Has about 3 accessible parking spots right in front of the door and can go right in, the double door may be a little tight if anyone is trying to leave but otherwise
