I just ordered a chicken sandwich today but I actually love the old retro look that reminds me of Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets from when I was a kid. Back when they weren't afraid to use the word fried and actually tell the truth instead of KFC that tells you absolutely nothing. Sure it's dated inside and out but it has a lot of charm to it.
We just got chicken from this location it is so oily and tasted like oil and nothing very bad taste
Didn't expected this kind of service today. It was first time I got wrong order but I was okay with that it happens I also worked in food service but arguing is another thing . So I ordered 3 plant-based sandwiches because of religious beliefs my sister can not eat meat ,I called kfc and told the guy that the order I received is wrong and the humiliation I faced was worst. He never apologized and was saying that the chicken sandwiches I holding in my hands is plant based. He was saying I'm lying and didn't even listen to me at all .
Waited half hr for chicken that was dripping oil tasted like fish just disgusting. And its sad corporate could care less with the conditions their employees have to work in . Can't make money if they don't invest.
Waited 40 mins for some of the smallest pieces of chicken. Plus it wasnt fresh, I think it was cooked under heat lamps
Everytime I bought chicken in this Kentucky in Fergus always old and dry,now I bought it again I was hoping have a changes but it's look like part of their recipe,I think??
worst manager there he is..he is busy making sure i got the smallest pieces of chicken eg the thighs were smaller than the wings and never included the tenders smh....i am going to complain with the head office....a dwarf like indian guy...acting like i didn’t have to pay for my order...and then i’m calling the store and no one is picking up

Order 2 classic plant burgers. Now the last few times I ordered it, it was great! Enjoyed it much but whoever made my burgers tonight… yuck! Way too much mayo on both sides, overcooked and gross brown lettuce. Not impressed. Might be back, might not be.
French Fries were microwaved. Too bad I can't leave a zero star review. Or negative star review. Little tip KFC don't microwave fries! Also I asked for chicken not chicken nuggets. The chicken pieces were so tiny I've actually seen bigger chicken nuggets. Also they were so dry I think the tiny little chicken pieces were cooked the day before. Nothing in this review is exaggerated this KFC needs to shut down its the WORST FOOD I have ever had. Microwaved fries. Nuff Said.
