McDonald's

Pulled us for a very simple breakfast order and waited forever for the food. Finally went in to see what was going on. The when we got to where we were going and my muffin was extremely burnt. How do you serve something like this?

Absolutely worst breakfast I've ever had just thought eh let's try McDonald's today instead of tims. God to I regret it coffee is disgusting taste spur almost an hash brown barley cooked an mushy. An the sandwich bread was stale at least the meat an egg was cooked an warm!Food: 1/5

I took my kids on a Thursday evening, it was VERY busy which I’m sure must have been very stressful for the people working there. That being said… after pulling off to park as directed by the person at window 2, I waited 15 min then decided it wasn’t worth waiting any longer as many others where also waiting, also, at this point I was not confident my order would be correct as I could see that others waiting were getting the wrong orders… So I rounded up my kids and went into the store and requested a refund. There was no greeting not even a hello, the manager came to the till to authorize the refund and said to the cashier “where is person who wants the refund??” I’m literally standing right in front of him… no hello, no eye contact, no sorry you had to shlep your kids across a busy parking lot to come into the store because we are terrible at our jobs, no nothing… NOPE. Went to Wendy’s instead, a child barely old enough to have a job exhibited more professionalism then the “adults” at McDonald’s.

Ordered a meal for our family of five for takeout. I waited approximately 15 minutes to receive the food. I check in the bag to make sure all of the food was there. Once we opened everything up we figured out we were missing one of the french fries, missing half of a bun on a McCrispy sandwich, no dipping sauce for the kids meals and no straws. On top of the wait which I understand and wasnt too frustrated about, there were multiple missed items. I am not sure how you miss half of a bun..

Always a gong show - had to wait 10 mins for a pop!!!!!!!! And three times now have waited over 25 min for a happy meal , don’t even get me started on cue side pickups to be for convienance but left in ur car for over 15 min for a coffee and have to go in and ask where your order is !!!! Terrible for a fast food option. You could make your own in less time !

The fries were cold had to go arround drive thru twice also my big mac was thrown in the bag out of the box terrible service and cold food not recomended to any bodyFood: 1/5

Love fergus but today the dining area is filthy all tables sticky and chairs the garb age overflowing food on floors and smeared on the window. Clearly need more help!

Asked for a double quarter pounder with NOTHING on it JUST ketchup NO cheese as I am lactose intolerant. I received a double quarter pounder with cheese. Went through again to get a new one, I explained the situation and the offered to give me a new one for free. The burger I received was basically the same burger but you can clearly see they just removed the cheese off a burger and it had onions on it this time. Had this happen multiple times. It's the most simple burger to make. 2 buns 2 Patty's and some ketchup. At 7:50pm on March 16th 2022

Went on a Saturday and was a bit busy and service was really slow. Took about 14 min for a BLT and breakfast burrito. Normally a quick place but was a bit slow today! Update went again and took 20 min for our order and half it was wrong. McDonald's is just getting bad. How hard is it to read a list and check that it is in the bag. Lowered to 3 stars because it's just getting worse and worse! Do better McDonald's and train your employees better!

Excellent customer service today, friendly staff and manager! We were dining outside in the Patio, my kids didn’t get the tray, we were just going to dine in without it! The manager or the staff came out and asked us if everything is okay in friendly manner! We told us we needed tray! She served us cheerfully! That little kindness made our Day better!
