I've always had positive experiences with Chicko Chicken. I love that each order is made fresh when you order, so each bite is juicy! We ordered half half snow and original along with the shake shake fries. The environment was clean and the workers had wore masks. I appreciate that!Food: 5/5
You ever go to one of those chicken places that when you order they just turn around and pull your order out of a basket of a billion other pieces of chicken that have just been sitting there? Every time I go here, I have to wait. They say the order will be ready in 15 minutes. Do you know how much better that makes my food? It is hot, it's fresh, it's tasty! They do pretty good chicken here! And the fries? They're damn good! Parking: Lots of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the parking lot to inside the restaurant
I used to order from Chicko all the time when it first opened. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and crispy, perfect little pieces cooked perfectly so they were still tender but not fatty. You had to wait for your order but it was worth it. Now the quality has tanked. It's not inedible but it's just not the same. The chicken is fatty and not as crispy. It seems like they are cooking more at once of bigger pieces maybe faster and using a lower quality chicken and it is just not as good as it once was. It is not tender and perfectly crispy but fatty with a weird texture. I have ordered 3 times in the last year and it is consistently subpar now. I will not be ordering again ever. What a shame.
Food was really good. Ordered the combo with some of the Asian-style sauce the name escapes me. Nice meal for a decent price. Only thing that bothered me was the lack of acknowledgment after we finished our meal. We thanked them, and even wished the staff goodbye, but no response - that seemed quite odd.
A very terrible dining experience because they did not have even salt or pepper to give us, nor chopsticks, nor side plates which are pretty essential for group eating, nor wetwipes, no washroom nor even a sanitizing station. I had to eat it with my hands because plastic forks are way too springy which risks a flinging incident. Was treated like an animal, felt like an animal
The chicken is good, only geared towards takeout so no bathroom which is truly inconvenient if you decide to eat here. I didn't know it was a takeout joint. The plus side was that I could bring outside food in had to buy something to use a bathroom and couldn't make it to the nearby gas stationFood: 4/5
I ordered on uber eats and the first time our order arrived the bag had not been properly closed and this was a safety concern for us as orders typically come sealed. It was also raining heavily that day and because the bag was not closed everything was wet. We wanted to give this location a second shot and we ordered a second time to find that the bag was sealed using staples this time. The chicken is good and ao we are happy with this location although some chicko locations are a hit or miss. We will order frequently from this location for sure as long as the orders are consistent and sealed for safety because the chicken is very good. I would recommend the yangyeom chicken it has the perfect combination of sweet and spicy as well as the original chicken. Thanks to the staff it is very appreciated!
Legit some of the best chicken I have ever had. The Haek Buldak is incredible, so flavourful and delicious. Since trying it for the first time I have gone back two more times because I can't get enough of this chicken.
The chicken here is delicious, I mainly go for the orginal flavor. I come here all the time and the staff are super nice every time. This is a takeout restaurant, while there are tables and chairs its best experienced to eat at home, the "dinning" area is pretty cold in the winter. Phone in your order, its cheaper, the delivery/pickup apps charge more for the same item even if its just pickup. Almost always some parking in the small lot infront of the store.
OMG It likeI just entered a K Drama and I am in Seaol eating the best Chicken ever! Yummy Yangyeom , just the right amount of sweet and Spicy! all I need now is some Soju and I am in my fantasy!! ok add BTS at my house lol Best chicken I have ever had in North America ! Fresh made to order ! and the fries are delicious too...Real potato fries YUM!
