KFC

this KFC location has dropped in quality dramatically when the second closed down and is renown in my family for being bad, but I believe that after years of complaints of the quality that it improved in several ways like getting orders right, better manager and shorter wait times. I think that if they continue down this path of improvement, it can be a good experience for everyone.

Terrible. Fries were actually properly cooked but they were very bland. The gravy was slimy and taste weird. The Drumstick had tasteless skin and the meat was terrible. The Potato salad was awful. The Big Crunch was both good and bad. The tender part was good but part of it was dry and hard. The fountain pop was almost drinkable.

So if you walk in at 730 it's a bother to them to make anything. "We don't have chicken, we close in ten minutes" will be their reply Horrible service. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've contacted head office. And we have escalated the situation, as head office is tired of the complaints against this location. Good luck with health and safety and having the big bosses stepping into your business. I hope they shut you down

Guys. This is not the famous chicken sandwich. This is embarrassing for $9. The Popeyes chicken sandwich is cheaper and infinitely higher quality than whatever this attempt of a chicken sandwich is. It’s an abomination, and KFC doesn’t need to look hard to figure out why no one’s talking about this sandwich when the quality control is this bad. Just to add: when done right, this is a good sandwich. The Orillia location does not make this sandwich correctly at all.

Everytime we order we are always missing something from our bag. Or when we order a bucket a of chicken we aren't getting the correct pieces. I'm sorry but a chicken doesn't have 4 drums. Or 5 wings. We call and we get told we will get a credit. It never happened. We like our KFC chicken. But is it worth the price everytime we go we don't get everything.

Pathetic service i ordered the food at 11.58 and i got my food at 12.23. First theres no soap in the washroom and then theres no pepsi in the filling station and then the order was too late. Like seriously its like this kind of service the international chain is giving and even i told the cashier to cancel my order i don't need it then they made my order.

Dirtiest place I've been to in a long time!! Little area near the pop dispenser was filthy, windows were dirty and streaky. The worst was the ladies bathroom. Filthy and flooded floors.. OMG! I feel sick having eaten there.Food: 2/5

Fries looked old and over cooked. The bathroom was horrible. No soap in the men's bathroom and both bathrooms stank like pee. The smell was so strong you can smell it in the dinning area.Food: 2/5

These folks are friendly and cook the food right. Properly run KFC! Definitely recommend! Kid-friendliness: It's a KFC, always kid friendly!

I don't know it's not the same anymore, chicken was sooo greasy,I had to raise my voice and say "can I please have what i want! No that bucket doesn't go with those items,but I want 8 piece 1 fry and 2 popcorn chicken! Why can't I have what I want!! Kid-friendliness: Not very Parking: Drive through
