Excellent chicken bacon ranch poutine smothered in gravy! First time going here as an American visiting Ontario and was satisfied with my overall experience. I ordered the regular size and it was a bit too much for one serving. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried poutine! Never seen any Harvey's in the States before.

This location has a serious staffing issue. MANY times I have frequented this restaurant only to get excuses about them being short staffed. Is this a management problem or do employees just don't care anymore? I always order using the app. On a previous visit I was in the drive thru about to pull up to the window when all the lights turned off. I was handed my food and told that they were closing early as they were short staffed. Clearly this is a chronic problem at this location. I guess what I am trying to say here is that you should be prepared to wait for your order. The staff who ARE there really do work hard to serve you and they should get all the credit. As for the food... I can't complain. Always hot and made exactly how I want it. The food is always handed to me with a smile. Use their app.. coupons are there for the taking and you can link the app to your credit card. Easy peasy.

I stopped into the Harvey's on my way to Northbay on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Since it was fairly early in the day, and I was hungry. I ordered a double burger with a small fries and a drink. The staff was very friendly on my arrival and went above and beyond my customer service experience. An order was awaiting pickup that was going to be late, almost the same that I was ordering, plus it was upgraded to a large fries for me as well with only a few minutes of a wait.Thank You! To the staff at this location, and the great service you provided me.

Drive Thru … asked for the 2 for $8 Original Burger special with NO DILL PICKLES or Hot Peppers. This was repeated to me. Drove about 10 minutes to eat it at a local park. Both burgers had Dill Pickle on them, plus run off juice. NOT the first time this has happened here. I am allergic to DILL! Plus, there was some horrid tasting spice on the burgers. NOT IMPRESSED!! Too far to drive back. Scraped the burgers clean & ate them, but still got the dill juice taste. This should not happen. Didn’t get fries this time, but 90% of the times I get fries here, they are luke warm at best. You need to do FAR better! I don’t think the lady that took the order was the person who filled the order.

Will not be returning, paid $40 for an unforgettable terrible experience. Ordered a double original with cheese and baconas well as a couple of other combos, they put out an Angus with cheese and bacon. Asked them to fix it, they put out a double Angus no cheese or bacon. Asked to fix again, get a double original with cheese and no bacon. Asked to fix again and they finally get it right. I was smiling and saying "no worries" the whole time but getting progressively more sour attitude from the employees. They put out my daughter's burger with cheese but I'd had enough and decided it wasn't worth it to get it changed. Had to ask several times to get my drinks after my food was made. Drinks were made angrily and was given only 2 cups for fountain drinks instead of 3. The atmosphere was so terrible and experience so bad I will NEVER visit the orillia Harvey's again, and may not eat at any again.

Typically an as expected experience for fast food, although of late drive through order accuracy can be hit and miss. Today for instance a buffalo chicken poutine was taken home to find just a plain poutine in the box. Food is always hot and fresh, never found to be 'held' too long Kid-friendliness: Clean restaurant, washrooms are easily accessed and monitored.

I only order 4 toppings but they somehow put on the wrong ones nearly 50% of the time. Don't ask for hot sauce, you will almost always get hot peppers. I'm asked to park in the pickup spot to wait for 1 thing to be made, so when my order is wrong I have to go inside which defeats the purpose of the drive-thru

Terrible communication from drive thru staff messed up our order 3 times. The manager had rushed us from the drive thru window refusing to listen to us. Overall horrible experience will not be coming back.Food: 1/5

Everything is alright but why does the one dude in the back griller/deep fryer not wear gloves like everyone else does when handling burgers. But the grill guy just put his bare hands on the burger anyway so what's the point. Tell the griller and deep fryer to wear gloves please... it's optically not good to look at and then think about as the food is in my mouth down the esophagus.

Absolutely terrible, if i could give it zero stars I would. Gravey for the poutine is luke warm, not even warm enough to melt the cheese, ill have to microwave it when I get home. Restaurant staff were no help at all, wouldnt even put it under the heat lamp for me to warm it up, just offered me more luke warm gravey. On top of that, After squishing my buger the majority of my toppings weren't on my burger anymore, ended up remaking the entire burger at my table. Definitely not attending this location again... absolutely disappointing as Harvey's poutines have been my absolute favorite since I was a child.
