Excellent experience on Friday night. I am new to the area and wandered over for dinner from Lakehead and sat at the bar. I didn’t grab the bartender’s name but she she was very friendly and service was 10 out of 10. The food was hot and delicious and everything was impeccable. Will return again and again.
Went yesterday for lunch with friends, sat at the patio enjoyed delicious red sangria and nice cold beers. Ordered nachos and wings as always delicious Michelle our server was amazing!
Decided to try eating here on a Friday supper time. It was packed but now I know why. Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered take out but didn't need to wait long considering how busy it was. The food was the BEST in town for what I got. The price was fair. This place knows how to juggle a busy night and keep customers satisfied. Great team effort between servers and cooks. You guys and gals ROCK !!!!!! Keep it up because it's done right !!! Cheers! I will be back for sure.
I was extremely disappointed in the service and the food that I received at Saint Louis the night we came in. The server was beyond overwhelmed because she was the only one working on a Tuesday night which shouldn't be that bad. She messed up every single order, was unapologetic about it, and was extremely rude. As a server myself I was blown away by how arrogant she was behaving. At the end of the fiasco that we called dinner, we had our separate checks. She slammed down the debit machine to accept payment from me. I nearly walked out without paying or tipping at that point. I understand you were overwhelmed but there was no excuse for how rude you were to our entire party of 8. We were not rude to you, we were not overruley and we were not unreasonable. Frankly most of our orders were really easy as it was all you can eat boneless wings night it shouldn't have been that hard. I understand people have their bad days but I've also been by 3 times since and the food quality has absolutely gone south and the staff is mediocre at best. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to go to any other location than to come back to my local restaurant. That should say enough right there. I hope to see some improvement and staff changes maybe if that happens we'll come back and I'll be willing to edit my review once change happens and the quality of everyone and everything gets better.
The food was okay but our dinner was supposed to come with a coleslaw. We were told they were out of coleslaw. We were also told they were out of blue cheese for the wings. But nothing was offered in replacements. No apologies no discount no nothing. All in all a bit of a disappointment. Even the wipes they gave us for our fingers were dry. And to top it all off the fries were soggy. Happy Valentine's Day I guess???? Not what I was expecting!!
Got boneless chicken wings that tasted like they were reheated. They were very chewy and the barbecue sauce that seemed just brushed on and tasted like glue. Every bite was terrible, I let everyone at table try one and they didn't even wanna finish them. On top of this a hockey team was there and the kids were walking on the tables next to us.
I ordered $150 worth of take out for dinner last night, drove 20 minutes into Orillia just to pick it up. Only to come home and realize that I was missing a double trouble meal which is $30 and the St. Louis Wings Poutine that is $14.00, didn’t have any wings on it! I called the restaurant 4 times and the calls ALL went straight to voice mail! What kind of business keeps their phone OFF? Busy or not, that is not an excuse to keep the phone off. Unprofessional ran business and management staff by the looks of it. The lack of customer service support this restaurant has to offer is not worth spending the money at this St. Louis location.
Decided to go with my family on Easter Sunday Very bad decision. I ordered the wings and they were burnt beyond being able to eat and even though the other meals we ordered were not tasteful I paid for them.The waitress was not pleasant. Out of all this chain of establishments I have been to this is the worst
Went here for lunch with a group of 6 people. The place was not very busy and the server continually neglects our table. Took her 15 minutes to come and take our food orders and when we tried to order off the lunch menu she said it's too late to order the lunch special by 5 minutes. Unbelievable. She's rarely around for us to order drinks either. A very rude, snarky server. Our friend asked how the fries are made and she sarcastically replied that it's made of potatoes. Took 20 minutes to finally get her attention to get the bill. When our friend tried to help her and let her know who's under what bill, she rudely replied that she already knows. I would not go back for the food either. The deep fried cauliflowers had pieces of deep fried french fries in them. Mozza sticks are too salty. Their famous wings poutine is ok. The Thai chicken rice bowl is also ok. Overall, very terrible service with mediocre food.
Service is terrible they don't care about family's all they want is college kids. They give a table to a group of 5 college kids before a family of 7 we were there 1st. Then whenni complained the girl at the front said they couldn't do anything. Originally said half hour wait waited the half hour they said another half hour. Not to mentionnthe all you can eat chicken is the garbage cut of the chicken mainly fat and cartridge. Do not eat there go anywhere else. Even mc donaldas chicken if bwtter then theirs. Managment is just as bad.
