The front lady was amazing. Great customer service. My daughter went to use the bathroom. As she starts to wash her hand the water was so hot even with the cold water tap turned up quite far. Has a burn on her hand. The front desk lady offered ice immediately. The manager or so called manager who was not in at the time. When I called him he laughed when I told him what happened to my daughter and then called my daughter stupid not in so many words your daughter needs to be taught how to use both taps when she washes her hands. She is 10!. Then we called the district manager. He aswell went down the same path of your daughter needs to use both taps. I am disgusted, and will never ever support or recommend them to anyone.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I have been back a couple times just to try and see if they got better ! To my surprise it continually seems to get worse. We got chicken and fries and popcorn chicken. The oil they are using is burnt and old chicken was almost black and tasted awful as well the fries. Unfortunately I will not give another chance !
We had tender chicken with fries popcorn with a coupon. The fries were cold and old tasting. Tender was too cripoy old .the popcorn was tasty. We have decided not to go back. This 3 time.now. Person who served he was very polite.
Very disappointed spend over $100 of chicken and when we got it home to a house full of kids it was disgusting, oil hadn't been changed in who knows how long, called to let them know they offered me a credit for half of it took my info we stopped into redeem the credit and was treated horribly, staff was very unprofessional, apparently our information was never written down so we were called liars amd told to come back another day when there would another manager on...Complete gong show!!! Save money eat else.
I keep going back every few months hoping it will get better but no more. Besides there was no one in the drive thur like other take outs. They all had line ups but not JFC . The French fries were double dipped in the deep fryer. The fries were hard and tasted like old dirty grease. The chicken was slimmy and under cooked. No pride in this KFC. What a waste of $13.00 and stayed hungry threw my shift. Thanks Penticton KFC
Absolute trash! They were great when they first opened but they have just let go all together. My family and I tried it again a couple weeks ago, and my Ole lady got a raw chicken burger. She found out after the first bite. It also is not a clean environment. Ya kinda get a yucky feeling there. Won't be back unless it switches owners.
Had great chicken for years but last month the chicken was over cooked so bad had to throw out 2 pieces out. Thought I would give it a 2nd chance a month later ordered coleslaw got home it was gravy and 2 of the 4 piece dinner pieces were wings that were badly over cooked again and stuck together. Will not be returning. P.S. went back again hopefully they could get it right and I was surprised when I got gravy again when I ordered Coleslaw guess it's a cost savings measure. The End
There was this young boy who worked there, who was very unprofessional. The mere sight of the food that was handed to me made me gag, it was so salty and the poutine was missing gravy. It is a shame that this is the only KFC here as me and my children used to love coming here. Sufficed to say I will be going to Wendy's for me and my kids dinner now.
Service needs work. It took some time for anyone to see me at the counter. I was the only person inside the restaurant at the time. Two people behind the counter. However, the chicken tenders were good. So there's that.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to the Drive Thru and nobody took our order , drove to the window and didn’t see any staff inside just a big line up. There was also human feces outside by the speaker.
