Order pick up. Got RAW, quarter filled container of cactus cuts. When I called to tell them they said i can drive back or wait for someone to call me within the next 2 days. I said I would wait because I have 2 small children I would have to pack up again. Well it's been 2 weeks. I even took pictures of the mess. The front guy working even asked me for a tip and Which I did leave a tip but also didnt ask the man infront if me for a tip. Very disappointing. What a joke. Still to date haven't heard anything from them to fix their issue.
Great food quality, good service, facilities were clean and inviting. We arrived 1 hour before closing and they were still happy to serve us and the quality of service and food remained the same. Great selection to choose from. Pricing could be better. Helping size could be bigger.Food: 4/5
Service was good. Worst $30 pizza I’ve had in quite a while. Almost no sauce, the crust has changed for the worse, and the amount of toppings has gone down as well. Brutal when you realize you can get a much better pizza at most pubs/breweries around town for ten dollars cheaper.
Food was amazing! Sadly the service was awful, I believe our servers name was taylor, we only saw her twice and it was for our food order and for bill, she never got us refills, forgot to bring us drinks, never cleared our plates or empty glasses, and hardly spoke to us. She looked extremely grumpy and unhappy to be there. Next time we will just order takeout.
Service was extremely slow. All of our food & coffee was cold. We were given plastic utensils to use because they said no other silverware was clean. I have never had a bad meal at a Boston Pizza before. I would never go back to this location.Food: 1/5
For flavor and quality, this is your place to eat! I frequent this restaurant because the food and atmosphere are very consistent. You cannot go wrong dining at this establishment. A vast menu boasts delicious Starters, Finger Foods, Salads, Burgers, Pasta, the Best Pizza, Ribs, Chicken, Beef and Seafood.Vegan and gluten free friendly as well. Large beverage list and the desserts are divine! The Servers are on point. This establishment is clean and inviting. Many large screen TVs to watch your favorite sports game. Large dining capacity, including an outside patio. I highly recommend dining here. Open late for your convenience. Note: Just returned for a birthday dinner and this fine establishment presented me with dessert of my choice 'on the house'. I chose the Brownie Explosion...and Yep, they provided two spoons so we could each enjoy the dessert. Way to go Boston Pizza! Thumbs up for Kristi!
The whole restaurant smelled like vomit for some reason, and the bathroom was really dirty layers of grime on the door handle to exit But the food was great as always and Miranda, our server, was lovelyFood: 4/5
Never again. Order pasta on pasta tues supposed to be 14.99. 10$ for extra cheese. When call back to fix the prob get told too bad it’s already started 5 min after ordering. And a manager that thinks they can try and bully you into paying for it. Nice try order cancelled
Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Maybe 20 customers in restaurant had to get my own water for my table walked up to someone cleaning off a table just to ask for a to go container and the bill if I was able to give 0.00 for a tip I would have. But I had to give something due to the machine. It wasn’t due to lack of staff either I seen at least 10 employees walking around chatting in the back.
~ Food initially came out to table - cold; requested server take it back to kitchen to heat up in microwave; brought back, warm. Also, absolutely no flavor. I was tired and hungry, so, yes I ate it, I told my server when I finished about my experience and they just said that they are understaffed.
