We were rushed through the ordering process in drive thru, even though we were the only car. We waited longer for one of our meals because the patty was ordered well done. Because it took so long I was confident it would be done right. We got to the house, and the 3 other orders were fine. The one we happily waited longer for? The lettuce was partially brown, and the patty was gray. Definitely NOT well done. It was was -16° last night so instead if driving back, I called. No answer. So I tried again an hour later and that time I left a kind, detailed message asking for a return call as I would like it replaced. It has now been well over 24 hours, and no response. This is not good customer service at all. I hope they'll answer the phone when I try one more time in the morning.
I feel sick to my stomach. Spicy Jr. Chicken raw in the middle, didn’t notice until I was half way done. they’re so thin, how do you screw that up? So disgusting.
I've always had a thing about burger king that kept me from eating there. Where I used to live, the burger king had a bad reputation and it kind of scared me. This burger kind, however, changed my view on burger kings quite a lot. My dad insisted I try it as he really enjoys it there. Everything I've had there has been fresh and good. Fresh as fast food can be anyhow ahha. The produce has always been fresh and none of the food feels like it's sat under a heater for hours. The staff has also always been very friendly!
Ive never eaten at Burger King and my first experience was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was on a hot dog bun and had barely a swipe of Mayo and some wilted iceberg lettuce! Tasteless mess. WILL NEVER GO BACK JUST GROSSFood: 1/5
This place is really hit, and miss. Sometimes they get it close, and sometimes they don't. I used to work at BK in kelowna. I know how a whopper should be made and I'll tell ya this. Even on their best days at this location, no one there can seem to put one together properly.
Very unwelcoming outside the building and there was only one cashier on when I went there. We ended up walking out because there was such a long line that was not moving.Food: 3/5
Service was ok. Angry whopper was, well, not angry. The food was subpar, even for a Burger King, but hey, at least the place was empty so it was quiet ‍
I don't know what this locations problem is or if it's all Burger King's now. Whoppers and tasteless so I tried a chicken burger on another visit and it was bland as well. Not sure what's going on but also $.75 for zesty sauce too? Come on.Food: 2/5
Often times feel pretty rushed at this location. They messed up on my burger on my last trip, so I went back to get it redone. They then gave me just a plain burger, nothing on it. For the most part though, the job gets done here. I'll still be going, but I'm getting to the point of checking it before I leave the window/lobby
What really made this experience great was the guy cleaning was extremely friendly and chatty. Service was great staff were friendly helpful and smiling. Restaurant and washrooms were clean. Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper
