Service was good! Food was outstanding! Value was great! Enjoyed a burger with cheese and bacon with a side of fries along with an order of ribs and wings with a side of sweet potato fries. Lots of TV’s to enjoy the game or games! Next time I will have to try the steak!!! Make sure to check out this location when in Hanover!
This is the spot to go in Hannover. This place has a lively atmosphere of a sports bar while also maintaining a nice place for dinner. The service is definitely slow for a restaurant that is not that busy. But the food was good and has many options to choose from. The only thing to be mindful of is a mandatory 3% tip they tag on to the end of your bill.
Chucks is a regular spot for my husband and I. We both LOVE the goat cheese dip. The steaks are delicious and affordable. Took a client here for lunch and tried their ceasar salad for the first time. Also delicious!
This roadhouse is excellent ! Sunday after nine half price appetizers ...wow so good highly recommend the teriyaki steak bites Yummy! But so were all the other appetizers !Food: 5/5

First time here We didn’t have to wait long to be seated even though the restaurant was packed. Staff seemed to be quick at getting tables ready. Great prices and enjoyed the atmosphere. I ordered chicken club sandwich on sourdough bread. It was pretty good. The only thing I would change would be the amount of butter they put on the bread. It was a little soggy. My partner order the surf and turf which was good for the price. Our server was also very attentive and friendly. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the amount of flies at our table. They landed in our food and in our drinks.

This was absolutely by far the worst meal I have ever had. The last time I went they didn't have the lobster to go with the steak. So I thought I would try the *new* lamb chops. Burnt. Giving them the "benefit of doubt"; I again asked for the lobster & steak dinner. I asked for my steak "medium". Charcoal would have been tastier. I came in with a group of 7-8 of us. My steak was no bigger than my fist, & took over 45 minutes without exaggerating to prepare a medium steak. My group had finished their meal long before I got my replacement. Customer service about this issue was absolutely uncalled for. The staff in the kitchen kept peeking out just to laugh at me. I hope this review goes to the top.
The food was great it took quite awhile for our orders to get out and the server seemed skiddish? We mentioned that it was one of the people at our tables birthday and they brought something random out for her, they didn't ask us what kind of dessert or anything so we assumed there was a complimentary specific thing that you can only get with the birthday but then they also reprinted our bill adding this dessert that we didn't even get to select ourselves? Usually have a very good experience but I'm not sure the server knew what he was doing, I don't know if he's a newbie in need of extra training or maybe he was just tires but he made the experience not as perfect as previous experiences we have had there.
Exceptional service from a waitress named Kathy. Forgot my phone at my seat and she ran out to the parking lot with it before I left. I’m a critical diner but I have no complaints about my experience here. Food, service, and atmosphere were all better than expected
