This KFC has the best chicken, always fresh. I never had a bad piece and the Cole slaw was excellent. The staff for the most part are great. Had an isolated incident with the attitude of a male manager. Not very friendly. I haven't seen him past few visits. Keep up the good workFood: 5/5

The cashier at the drive thru didn't even ask what kind chicken we wanted crispy or original. Didn't ask our sides. Go up to the window tell him and his answer was well they just bagged it. I totally understand they are busy and probably limited to employees but still do your job right not be in such a hurry...

Placed a pickup order at the absolute busiest time of day, drive through line was backed up into the street when we arrived so we chose to just go inside to get our food. Food was hot and ready immediately. The drive through line also went down super quick.

Food was cold the chicken was old the skin was falling off the chicken an settled at the bottom of the bowl so all the skin was super greasy. They forgot part of my order. They did make it right they gave me another famous bowl the Potatoes were bland instant mash potatoes. I had to cover my food in salt yo get any flavor in my food. The people there are nice and friendly. The quality of the taste of the food has gone down.... WAY down

Tonight was a bust! The chicken was disgusting!! I’m not sure if they over cooked it or if it was old, but yuck!!! I ordered extra crispy skin and it was extra crispy all right, it was so crispy, I couldn’t get my teeth to go through it. The inside was dry and pliable. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good they tasted normal to my kids and myself. Also the biscuits were good but I wasn’t given butter or honey so that kinda sucked. The one great thing, well at the time I thought it was a great thing, was the cashier gave me a coupon because it said 19.99 on the menu for a family meal, 29.99 if u want tenders insted of chicken, but what that meant, as she explained at the windo was it’s 29.99 for the meal. Ummm…. Then why does it say 19.99 and 29.99 with tenders?” I don’t know Miss but it 29.99. I said no, I’ll just get the 19.99 deal, chicken only I guess. She said well I have a coupon so it’s 23.99. I said “I’ll take it”, “thank you”. Which would have been wonderful but the fact is the chicken was disgusting and there was no butter honey so ultimately I consider this night a bust. Honestly I don’t eat at this location in Ontario Oregon, very often so I’m not sure if this is the way it always is I can only give you my experience as of tonight and let you know I will not be coming back. And I gave it a 2 because she gave me a coupon otherwise it would have been a 1 :

No grilled chicken. Confusing combo meals. People here are helpful and patient. Although several of the workers were cursing loud enough for myself and my little brother to hear. Which isn't professional. Store isn't well maintained.

The place has been going downhill for the last 15 years.... Employees, service, I think food has changed. How can you be out of Extra crispy chicken?Food: 2/5

This place Sucks! 1 fryer working and making people wait sucks..... Went to Burger King instead! This place needs to do a lot better or it will never get my business again!!! Food: 1/5

Haven't been in a little while, but went to a funeral in Kentucky, stopped in a KFC down there, it was so much better than this one, it's management, or something

I should know by now to check the bag before I leave any food place. Missing items that were paid for, didn’t feel like driving back.
