Arby's

Zachary and two off duty employees had EXCELLENT customer service. Lobby was closed and we had our motorcycles. They took our orders on foot and allowed us to sit in the lobby since we didn’t have cars to sit and eat. They went above and beyond with customer service and were prompt with the order. Thanks for the excellent experience.

Holy Crap…why even be open. Out of drinks on special. None of the condiment pumps work. No napkins out. The cook has long hair and a beard and no hair nets. He’s handling shaved meat and not wearing gloves and wiping fingers off on shirt. Curly fries were only warm and tough as nails…not fried fresh for sure. My beef slider was TERRIBLE. Spent $20 and it was TERRIBLE. My wife was quiet, not happy. I tried to post a complaint online but they want too much personal information to make that possible. All the manager had to say was sorry. One of the employees was even walking around carrying his daughter on his side. I wanted to get my money back, my wife wanted to leave. I’m still very upset about this. Like this posted complaint will do anything at all. People need to know. Very unsanitary food conditions. They contacted me…to make things right….I filled out their info and never heard back from anyone. A waste of time and effort, they have no follow through. I went back to take s look and nothing has changed at all. Still no gloves on a food handler and scraps of sandwich meats on the floor being walked on in the kitchen area. Holy cow what a shame.

The gyro sandwich is so good! The bread is soft, meat and sauce are perfect. Definitely worth a try if you are bored with hamburgers and typical fast-food fare. The servers are super nice as well! Next time I want to try their roast turkey gyro....Food: 5/5

Half the time not open or tonight told us they could not serve food for 10 min - please come back in 10 to 20 min. We realize that employees are hard to get but we have not gotten food at all in the last 4 times we went there! This is around 4:30 5:00 after work.

This really is on me. Who goes to Arby's and gets a Greek Gyro? I do. Well, the picture looked good. But still, you don't go to Arby's for a gyro. Anyway, the meat, whatever it was, seemed fake. By that I mean...it was almost like luncheon meat of some sort. The pita bread was rubbery. I was hungry so I finished it but immediately regretted it because I felt sick afterwards. Like my body could tell I fed it garbage. My friend had the smokehouse brisket sandwich and that looked pretty bomb. Not to mention, it had bacon! The curly fries were as you would expect. So yeah, don't get the gyro. I should've taken a picture. Darn.

I would not eat anything from this store. The people working have crazy hair flying in the wind with no hair nets. I was told by someone who worked there that one of them picks his nose frequently does not wash his hands. This place is disgusting. Save yourself and go someplace else. How are they even open still? Where are the health inspectors or secret shoppers. Arby's franchise must not care about their reputation or their customers.

Took WAY TOO LONG waited in drive through for 20 minutes before I even got to order there was several employees working and loitering around once I got to the window to place my order! And they didn't inform us they were out of curly fries. Very sad that it seems every time I go to this specific Arby's there's always an issue.

The Greek gyros were amazing. The only bad thing is that if you use the drive thru it is usually on the slow side. So if you are really short on time you probably will want something else. The food is definitely worth it though.
