Ordered online and picked up 20 bbq wings with fries. I watched the game inside for 2 minutes while they finished my order. Very polite. Food tasted great.
This was my first time going to a Wingstop on a road trip, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The staff were good, and the wings were hot. But there was barely any sauce, and the taste was pretty bland with lots of grease. The boneless wings are very small too, and at a high price so definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend Wingstop in general and I won’t be visiting one again. Even Buffalo Wild Wings does a better job.
MATT made ordering seamless and answered our questions with patience. The food was presented in a timely manner and it came out fresh and hot. The chunks were large, fat and juicy. By far, the best wings in our area!Food: 5/5
I ordered $70.00 worth of bone in Wings got home and the order was wrong giving us 3 orders of boneless wings. Called them immediately and one of their associates asked to bring the food back. Get there thinking that they are going to replace the order, and I was denied for what I originally paid for. Customer service is horrible, no integrity and no value added for their product or brand. This why this place has a horrible Google rating and their so called General Manager needs to take some serious training on how to communicate with the customer who actually pay his salary. Blind leading the blind staff and this is just a HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!
Been here twice and the food was great. The only complaint I have, is that they only had 2 people working each time I went in. Felt bad for the guys as they were pretty busy. But they did a great job, Definitely will be going back again.Food: 5/5
Wingstop offers counter service and takeout with a few tables for dine in. The store does a busy takeout business but beware if you dine in. Slooow service times. 20 minutes for wings and fries. Fries were cold and wings lacked flavor. No trash can inside to throw out trash. Staff were disorganized and spent much of their time arguing over who was taking orders. Will not return or recommend.
It took 40 minutes to get our order. People who came in after us got their order before us. We asked for a refund and was told the person working the cash register did nit kniw hiw to do refunds she had to call someone and it would take longer than our wait for food. It was a bad experience. We were going to dine in but because of the timing we had to go.
My meal was misunderstood on the phone and when I went to pick it up, it was not right, so I had to wait while they made me a correct order and they really did a good job with customer satisfaction. I am very impressed even though there was a slight mistake, they took care of the issue in a very great way. Thank you!!!! And my fresh food was amazing !!!!
STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU LIKE PHLEGM IN YOUR FOOD. NEVER RETURNING. An employee COUGHED INTO HIS FIST right in front of me and then went to touch my food. I had to stop him and ask him to wash his hand before he touched my food, and then he only washed them for 5 seconds. If he's doing that right in front of me, WHAT'S HE DOING WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING? The fact that his first instinct wasn't to wash his hands SCREAMS VOLUMES about Wingstop's food safety training COMPANY WIDE. With a restaurant full of raw chicken, no one wants to wash their hands??? The most disgusting display of FILTH I've ever seen in my life. I was horrified. My coworkers and I order $75-100 worth of wings, weekly. NEVER AGAIN. You've also lost the personal business they would bring with their families because I'm telling EVERYONE.
This place is amazing! I ordered the bone in wings with hickory sauce , fries and blue cheese dressing. Absolutely delicious and still hot when I got home 35 mins later. Clifton the manager was super friendly and quick to get my order. He also has an amazing staff that all kept busy. The restaurant was very clean inside. Kudos to Clifton and his team, job well done! I will be back!
