I've tried their wings, New York sirloin, Chicken Alfredo pasta, steak sandwich, Mediterranean pizza, mousse cake. Their wings, Mediterranean pizza, chicken alfredo pasta, and mousse cake were very good. The steak and steak sandwich were not that good, the sandwich was bland and didn't really taste good. Their service varies on the server, most of the time it's good. It's definitely on the pricer side.
Me and my boyfriend went out for dinner here, the food was good, but the service was quite bad. We were finished our meal and waited. We did wait a good 15 minutes at least just sitting there before she came to see if we wanted our bill, I even got up and got my own box to put the food in. So, like I said, the food was good, but the service was not
Sadly I had a child from the table next to me stand beside me and sneeze all of my food! I was super bummed. He was clearly sick or had recently been sick. The young guy that was my server was so sweet! He gave me a piece of cheesecake to cheer me up! It worked too! There is nothing I. This world a slice of cheesecake can’t fix imo! Thank you so so much for saving my New Years Eve dinner. I hope you all have a great News years!
Wow what with this service Boston pizza. Great food but this is the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. The servers at this Ponoka location are obviously a little young to be servers when they just take your order then forget about you. I drink my drink before my food came out. The server didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink. Then. Awhile later the server came back and asked how the first few bites were I said good. And she walked away. Didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks again. I was already done three quarters of my food when I was asked how the first few bites were. After I was just about done the set ever came back and asked if we wanted more drinks. Not very good service. Maybe some people need to redo some training on customer service. Sorry no tip today. Maybe next time if the service gets better. Wasn’t even that busy for tham to say it was that
Server was slow, food was slower. They were out of items we wanted. Burger could've passed the Homer Simpson/Dr. Nick grease test. I notice it's a BP's but they are usually better.
When you order pizza bread and they FORGET the cheese and meat sauce, so you call in to let them know and she says"i didn't hear you ask for cheese and meat sauce!" .....do ppl even eat cooked spiced up pizza dough ? Shouldn't they ask if we want cheese and meat sauce when ordering pizza bread anyway ? Idk all I know is they were a big disappointment today, usually pretty good and friendly but not today ‍ no one wanted the pizza bread two ppl tried a slice but that was it.
Food and waitress great. But they are extremely under staffed and the managers refuse to help or acknowledge what is needed. Personally I think the manager needs to be the backbone not just the one that watches. If you bring out food and don’t noticed cutlery is needed as a manager you need to be gone. Looking out on the restaurant and not cleaning a table when the patrons have been gone for 30 minutes. The restaurant and staff would be better if the manager was better.
This Boston pizza is now Paul's pizza and it's so much better the BP's. Love the food, employees are always smiling and friendly.Food: 5/5
The place was hopping, but we got seated right away, served by a very friendly Server, and the food was consistent with the franchiseFood: 5/5
Food was good, however absolutely terrible service. Food took forever to come out and when I went to pay at the front, the server pushed me and told me to stand somewhere else - extremely rude. I also saw her taking the receipt to the back area where she showed her co-workers how much I tipped and shook their heads together when they should be thankful that I even gave any tip to them.
