Made an online order for my mother’s birthday. Got there and the app said my order was ready for pickup - only one other person was in store waiting. Got my food at the “quick pick up kiosk,” mine was the only order there. Got home and three items of my order were missing: including my mother’s meal FOR HER OWN birthday. When in store, there was no indication that there was supposed to be another bag of food, nor did anyone mention that that they did not complete my order. The food we were given was rubbery and dry. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one would pick up. It’s fast food so we didn’t expect much, but were still disappointed.
Tried the new wraps today. They are incredibly smaller to me than in the pictures. Two of them definitely are not a meal. The flavor on them isnt there either. Also got a large fry, and would have enjoyed them maybe if they were fresh, they tasted like they had been sitting a bit and luke warm at best.

Went there the day before yesterday, and, I don't normally do reviews. But this woman, she is by far the worst fast food employee I have ever seen. She's this very short woman, with reddish hair?? I work fast food. I get it. It's stressful, hard, and most days you end up doing the work no one else wants to do. But she clearly hates her job. And she takes it out on the customers. I do doordash on the side, because God knows we don't make enough. It was a simple meal, just some chicken strip with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, a drink I think. I can't really remember. the order had already been in 15 minutes, but when I went in, there were tickets on the stove, her and another worker there on their phones. So I went up and asked about my order, politely. To which she said back "there are other orders ahead of you, and this is my restaurant so if you have a problem with it or you have anything else to say you can walk" so I waited. For a considerable amount of time, in which she played games on her phone, got herself drinks and made herself food, eating in the prep area, again I work in fast food I know that's a no go. And after about, I'm not quite sure but I know over 20 minutes. I asked about it. And she snapped. Going on about how I'm not gonna tell her how to work or how to do her job, and if I'm gonna rush her I can cancel the order and leave because she won't make it. I was livid but I remained calm, but decided to wait a little longer, only for her to finally ask " what are you even here for?" And after waiting over 40 minutes, I canceled the order. And the restaurant lost money. I lost money. I lost time and so did the customer the restaurant lost that night. Very disappointing.
Waited 20 minutes for my order. Meanwhile the woman who eventually “served” the order was out in the parking lot hanging out with her friends who were in an SUV. She was smoking. Went back inside came back out a second time went back in and I finally got sick of waiting for my order I walked in and she tossed the bucket of chicken on the counter when I tried to be gracious and thank her she turned her back and ignored me never answered me never apologized for the wait. I wasn’t given a receipt. When I examined the order it wasn’t correct I ordered original recipe no extra crispy. I made it a point to request it twice. Do not go here!!
Order was almost $40 and still had items missing when I called the store the guy said he can't do nothing on his end like not even cal the driver since it was a mistake on their end
The chicken was so small. Looked like wings vs a 3 piece meal. The chicken tenders were the size of nuggets. Very disappointing.Food: 2/5
Drive thru and cashier both went out of there way.Made me 2 fresh pot pie ,said 23 min wait and indeed 23 min they were ready.Both very attentive and curious to all the customers!Food: 5/5
This place continues to decline every visit I go there CAW CAW . Sanitation is a huge issue at this one, food all over the floor, mud is like embedded into the floor. and you can see the walls aren't painted correctly caw caw. Food I ordered was very cold but the employees were so overworked I didn't even bother going back up there and being "that customer" caw caw. I like KFC caw caw but something needs to change.
The new Hartford KFC is not somewhere I’d eat again. The tables are sticky and greasy, you can see soda stains on the floor and the machines. And they are very very slow I didn’t even want to sit in the chairs. 1/5 for me
